  2. You know I love a good throwback playlist🙂‍↔️ 30 minutes. 9 throwback hip-hop tracks. Levels 6–10. StairMaster intervals that hit like a remix — tough but nostalgic No skips, no shortcuts, just cardio that hits Here’s how it works: • first off, make sure you start the playlist at the same time so that you’re in sync (find the playlist links in my bio for Spotify and Apple Music) • one partner is gonna start on the stairmaster. the other partner is going to start with wall sits - making sure they set their timer to two minutes, yes, two minutes! • once your two minute timer goes off, you have a few seconds, possibly a minute to shake it out before you switch places with your partner on the stairmaster • when the song ends, that’s when you and your partner switch places. • repeat for the rest of the songs By the end of the workout, each of you will have spent about 15 minutes on the stairmaster, and a little over 10 minutes doing wall sits you can also just skip the wall sits altogether and do the stairmaster the entire 30 minutes with this playlist.
