  2. You know I love a good throwback playlist🙂‍↔️ 30 minutes. 9 throwback hip-hop tracks. Levels 6–10. StairMaster intervals that hit like a remix — tough but nostalgic No skips, no shortcuts, just cardio that hits Here’s how it works: • first off, make sure you start the playlist at the same time so that you’re in sync (find the playlist links in my bio for Spotify and Apple Music) • one partner is gonna start on the stairmaster. the other partner is going to start with wall sits - making sure they set their timer to two minutes, yes, two minutes! • once your two minute timer goes off, you have a few seconds, possibly a minute to shake it out before you switch places with your partner on the stairmaster • when the song ends, that’s when you and your partner switch places. • repeat for the rest of the songs By the end of the workout, each of you will have spent about 15 minutes on the stairmaster, and a little over 10 minutes doing wall sits you can also just skip the wall sits altogether and do the stairmaster the entire 30 minutes with this playlist.   2. Everybody says they can't afford flight training and there's no way they could ever find a way to pay for it. Including myself back in 2021. But do you realize there is a huge cost associated with this exact statement and mindset?? You are essentially telling yourself that the cost of possible regret later is less than the cost of flight school right now. That the feeling of wishing you would have went for it when you're 45 is less than the cost of applying to every scholarship, loan, & opportunity you can find in your twenties. Everything has a cost associated with it, and life is nothing but tradeoffs. Everything that anyone has ever wanted in the history of the world has had a cost & tradeoff associated with it, and pilots certs are no different. If you have a dream to become a pilot then do me & yourself a favor and just go for it. Find a way to make it happen. Work with an instructor who will help you out. Network at the airport, and build connections. Ask every single person you know to help finance your training with you. Go in on it with a partner. Sacrifice. Find a way and MAKE IT HAPPEN.   3. I didn't come from money, and honestly there was a time where I seriously doubted if I'd even be able to afford flight training. Here are 3 things that I'd do right now to get started on your aviation journey in the cheapest way possible. 1) Ground knowledge is extremely important, and will set you up for success in flight training. DM me and I'll send you a link to a free online ground school. Watch all these videos, take free practices tests, and you will@be further ahead than 99% of pilots with 30+ hours. 2) Something new in the industry is flight simulator online school.s. Obviously you can't receive an official certificate through one of these schools, but once again, it is a way to get ahead. You can save a bunch of money and learn all the setups and details for every maneuver required for your desire rating/certificate. DM me and I'll send my rec. 3) You have to fly eventually, there's no way around it, and it's a lot of money. Either take out a loan or wait to start until you have $10,000 saved up and your written exam all the way done. It's important that once you start flying that you STAY CONSISTENT.
