  2. You know I love a good throwback playlist🙂‍↔️ 30 minutes. 9 throwback hip-hop tracks. Levels 6–10. StairMaster intervals that hit like a remix — tough but nostalgic No skips, no shortcuts, just cardio that hits Here’s how it works: • first off, make sure you start the playlist at the same time so that you’re in sync (find the playlist links in my bio for Spotify and Apple Music) • one partner is gonna start on the stairmaster. the other partner is going to start with wall sits - making sure they set their timer to two minutes, yes, two minutes! • once your two minute timer goes off, you have a few seconds, possibly a minute to shake it out before you switch places with your partner on the stairmaster • when the song ends, that’s when you and your partner switch places. • repeat for the rest of the songs By the end of the workout, each of you will have spent about 15 minutes on the stairmaster, and a little over 10 minutes doing wall sits you can also just skip the wall sits altogether and do the stairmaster the entire 30 minutes with this playlist. Whatever works better for you🫶🏽 My outfit is from @paragonfitwear And girl I really can’t remember what I’m wearing here - It’s either the Reluna sculptseam plus leggings in VINTAGE INDIGO or the Recstretch sculptseam leggings in TEAL.
