  3. A lil vulnerable moment 🥹🥹 I’m ngl it took a bit for me to post this, but I will always keep it real with ya’ll & stay true to myself. Sometimes I don’t see my own progress and then I look back at old pics / videos like this and it reminds me of how far I’ve come. The reason I share this is to show you that we all start somewhere and we’re all capable of achieving the goals we set for ourselves. My journey has had its ups and downs and many different stages. I have gone through many stages in regards to the physical aspects. I learned all through trial and error but one thing that has remained the same is how the gym is my happy place ❤️🥹 The gym/ movement has always been the place for me to feel better mentally and emotionally. The gym has helped me get through some of the most challenging times in my life. No matter what life throws at me.. the gym just clears my head and has helped me refocus.The physical is a plus of course but for ME it’s waaaaaayyy more than that. Everyone’s journey is different and unique. Always do what works for you! & remember that what might work for others might not work for you. Everyone is different. You will learn each day what works best and what you can sustain for a lifetime. Keep trying until you figure it out!
