  3. SEPTEMBER 1, 2022 was the date I decided to go on a diet. You ask why? Because of @saythename_17 concert! 🤣 Silly reason, right? But that time, I was thinking that it’s my first concert and I would want to dress up to make it memorable. I started it by joining healthy catering meals. I cut down on sweets and even tried doing intermittent fasting. On the day of the concert, I lost around 4 kilos, from 98kg to 94kg. After that, I decided to continue my diet because I wanted to spend Christmas at home. I did it because I wanted to eat a lot of Jollibee 🤣 Another silly reason, right? Before going home to the Philippines, my weight went down from 94-85. When I came back to Surabaya, I started my diet again and I also started to exercise little by little. I followed Youtube videos but mostly dance videos. My weight kept going down but there were days or even weeks that it was stuck. I will not say that I didn’t get frustrated because I did, a looooot! Sometimes I was wondering why am I even doing it? But even if there were times when I almost gave up, I persisted! It wasn’t easy! I didn’t also expect that I will be able to stay consistent. Now, I enjoy eating healthier food. I still indulge sometimes but if I can find better alternatives, I try my best to choose what’s healthier. Nowadays, I enjoy going to the gym or exercising at home around 4-5 times a week. Sometimes I am thinking, “Noe, is that really you? How can you even do it?” 🤣 If people are surprised about my efforts, well me too! 🤣🤣🤣 I think this first year of transformation for a healthier lifestyle wouldn’t be possible without the supportive people around me. And to all the people who endlessly reacts to my stories and gives me heartwarming messages and words of encouragement! 🥰 Thank you so much!💖💖💖 This marks the first year. 23 kilos down and hoping that I can be more consistent in the years to come!
