  2. This has been by far the most challenging few weeks in my professional life. I understood cognitively that I was facing a crossroads in my evolution as a content creator, businessman, and as a man, and that it came with exceptionally difficult choices. What I didn’t truly understand, however, was the range of emotions I would feel during this process. The primary mandate I had for myself in making this decision was to have it based on the potential for my growth as a content creator/businessman — as that has always steered me in the right direction. But I am also at a point in my life where it is of equal importance to find an opportunity that encourages my evolution as a man: moving out of my comfort zone. It really pains me to know that I will disappoint so many people with this choice, but I believe I am doing what I feel is the right thing at this point in my life and my playing career. Thank you to my fans for always sticking by me ❤️

  3. my mental health story and why I’m shaving my head I feel like I haven’t been through anything overly traumatic. Breakups, losses in the family, and the stresses of running a growing company at 24. I’d say I’m one of the lucky ones. Nonetheless, I catch myself reaching out to my support network most days to chat about the curve balls life throws at me (for me that looks like: Louie, my parents, my brother, my other friends) If I bottled these issues up I genuinely wouldn’t be able to function and want to encourage more of us to form connections like this. It’ll save you a world of pain! This is why I’m shaving my head this weekend to raise funds for @speak__share because I believe a problem shared is a problem halved and I want to support their program in more schools, workplaces, and sporting clubs. Curious - What are you training today? 🦸🏽‍♀️ It's Monday here in Australia and I'm training Glutes 🍑 It's definitely the hardest muscle group to grow for me so I like it hit it after a rest day (Sun) 💚 Also good to start your week with a glute pump 😅 Right now, my goals are NOT just physical goals but also performance goals. Today’s glute session was nervous - nerves are good and they allow you to try to push harder. Don't be comfortable. It's time to work 🔥 Use that energy and project it into your performance 🤪⁣ Today’s glute session was unreal 1.25 hours of pure intensity. HAPPY MONDAY QUEENS, LETS THE GRIND BEGINS 💫⁣

Question - What’s the weather like where you are Queens? ☀️☔️⚡️❄️ Last week we were wearing shorts & crop in sunshine and today it’s 7 degrees and raining 🤯😭 I am not mentally prepared for cold weather so here’s to hoping bright summer colors will bring back the warmth lol. I smashed my @bodiesbyrachel at Home TLM 2.0 session this morning and am making my fave WARM pro oats for post workout 😌 I’ve been so freaken sore and basically passing out in bed every night at 9pm lol especially quads day wtf 😂 have to keep reminding to MOVE YOUR BODY AND CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH!
