  1. Since this clip went viral on TikTok, I wanted to share it here with context, because short videos never tell the full story. I’m a flight attendant, and this workout was in a hotel fitness center, not my home gym. I was alone — just me and one other person in the room. From the moment I walked in, I felt him staring at me. You know that feeling where you don’t even have to look up — you just know? I started on the StairMaster before my workout, and I could see him watching me in the mirror. The entire time. I’m clearly recording my workout — the camera is visible — yet he repeatedly walks directly through my shot, hovering nearby. Then the kettlebell falls. He reaches under me to move it and says, ‘I didn’t want you to land on it.’ I hear that. But you don’t notice something like that unless you’re already watching closely. And when you pair that moment with the staring, the hovering, and the lack of boundaries, it made me uncomfortable. And before anyone points out that I smiled and said ‘thank you’ — that’s not proof I was comfortable. That’s a nervous, de-escalating response. When you’re alone in a hotel gym with someone who’s been staring and hovering, the priority becomes staying calm, not escalating the situation. Context matters. Being alone in a hotel, in a city I don’t live in, hits differently. As women — especially when we’re by ourselves — we’re constantly assessing safety. That’s not paranoia, that’s awareness. Maybe his intention was to help. Maybe it wasn’t. But intention doesn’t cancel impact. And my intuition was speaking loud and clear. Wearing gym clothes is not an invitation. Existing in a shared space is not consent. And I’m allowed to trust my gut — especially when I’m alone. If you’ve never had to think about who might follow you back to your room, this might be hard to understand. I trust my intuition.   3. On time God. I had less than 30 days to reconstruct this whole space. From losing and grieving the loss of my grandfather in September and then slapped in the face in October that I had to relocate my business by Oct. 31st threw me in a complete a loop. I was overwhelmed and frustrated but I knew God makes no mistakes. I said whatever you want me to do I’m listening, I will wait on you! Spent this whole month of October, day and night, pouring into this space for it to become a place we called our new gym home. Thank you to my mother (@ramiamoore ), my best friend that got my back through whatever! She doesn’t play about her baby! Thank you for always being there through my wins and losses. I couldn’t ask for a better person to be my mother💙💯 Thank you to my uncle ( @uplrio8 )for literally spending countless nights helping me reconstruct, rebuild and bring this gym vision to life in such a short time span!   3. I haven’t done a transformation post in soooooo long!!!! Although these pictures are old, I look back and see that I have came such a long way! It used to be so hard for me to gain weight !!! To be a little transparent if I can.. I know birth control makes a lot of girlies bigger, well with me it makes me smaller. I tested this theory for my body. So on top of the fact I couldn’t gain weight due to my fast metabolism but birth control also is a huge factor. Now I just try to eat as much as I can and work out as much as I can. I am not on any strict diet and I am not on any strict workout schedule. I do what my body, time, schedule, and life allows me to do. For my new gym girlies, don’t get too caught up into thinking you CANT MISS A DAY OR A WEEK OR EVEN A MONTH! Just don’t take too long off? Feel me? I am about 143 lbs at 5’2

  1. Me and Xander really biked to another COUNTRY 😂🇺🇸🚲🇨🇦 14 miles from the Detroit Riverfront, through the Fort Wayne area, across the new Gordie Howe International Bridge and into Windsor. And BABY… I severely underestimated that incline 😭😂 especially pulling a tag-along bike behind me. But this ride reminded me of something: hard doesn’t always mean stop.   2. I debated on sharing such a personal moment with others but this is exactly why I do what I do. Life doesn’t come with a “how to manual” and some days are heavier than others. I shared it to show other women I am HUMAN, I go through stuff just like you, but I still CHOOSE to be better. Not only for myself but for my son and the legacy I am building for us. I cried in the front seat and my son was in the back seat happy, eating his snack, living his little life with no worries and not having a clue how I was feeling or what was going on.
