Motivation is strange because it’s not something you have, then you do it. You do it, then you start having it. So the easiest way to do something you want to do, but lack motivation for, is to remove anything that’s stopping you. We can’t all train in the mornings, I get it. & evenings are tough after a long day’s work, so the odds are already against you making it to the gym. Home is relaxing. You’re hungry. People are out doing stuff. But if training is your priority, you need to find a way to get it done anyway. So remove the things that are stopping you. Don’t go home first! That’s by far the worst thing you can do. Take your shit with you to work. & don’t go eat first. Nobody wants to work out on a full stomach. Plus it’s even later then. Have a snack prepared instead. Prep your gatherings first. Plan ahead, so you don’t get caught with the ‘oh we’re all going for dinner after work’. Planning ahead means you can plan your training. Once you start getting into a routine, you’ll be unstoppable. It’s getting that routine going. Doing these things will help, but you HAVE TO DO THEM! They work! I guarantee they work.   2. 做側平舉時讓肩膀肌肉參與，其實比你想的複雜。 你不能只顧著把重量甩/舉起，不然用到的都會是上背(斜方肌)的力量。 這是很多人都做錯的地方，做的不對卻擔心肩膀為何沒有長大。 有幾個重點： -別想著要舉起重量，反而想像把手臂盡可能向外延伸，像你在指引方向那樣。 -上身稍微前傾，手臂張開不是呈一直線，而是稍微往前移35度。 -重量往下放時手不要放鬆，舉起時也不要用甩的。 -舉起重量時收緊肩膀肌肉。 花點時間把這個動作練對，因為如果沒有，你會一直用錯的方法做，就會很浪費時間。 如果有任何問題，歡迎在下方留言問我！ To engage the shoulders doing lateral raises is a lot more complicated than you think. You can’t just lifted the weight up for you’ll use a lot of the upper back. This is what most people do wrong, & they worry why the shoulders don’t grow or get stronger. A few points to make : -Don’t lift the weights. Instead, push them outwards as if you’re directing someone somewhere. -Angle your body slightly forward & rotate your shoulders 35° in front of you. -Don’t relax at the bottom or swing. -Squeeze shoulders at the top. Take some time to get it right because if you don’t, you’ll continue to do it wrong & your lateral raises will be a waste of time. It’s because we forget what muscle we’re using, & focus on lowering & pushing the weight up & down instead. That’s not what should be happening: The shoulder joint is a ball & socket joint, it rotates. If we just lower the dumbbells, we’re using our triceps & letting our elbows come back. This is no good because we’re using very little shoulder. The same on the way up, if we’re just pushing, we’re using a bunch of other muscles too. Instead, follow the instructions in this video. Each point is important. Always remember, with any exercise: We aren’t just lowering & pushing the weight! We’re using the muscle to move.   1. #wei什麼話那麼多 . 📍飲食控制新手．觀念 . 我想很多人都有這個困擾： 「我想瘦 但是我不知道怎麼開始」 我也遇過一樣的狀況 一開始就狂做有氧 然後吃一些自以為很健康的食物 一堆優格 水果 堅果 全麥麵包 麥片 等等 捨棄了一堆聚會 美食 還沒瘦 OK 放棄 之後聽別人說重訓可以減肥 就什麼事前功課也沒做就去請私教 6個月過去 體態沒變 體重還增加 OK 放棄 又聽說自己做食物是關鍵 但問題是我只會烤土司 抹奶油 煎蛋 還能把廚房變成戰場 OK 再度放棄 . 分享這個是因為我最近收到很多私訊 「你怎麼減脂 」「你怎麼飲控」 或是看到網路上 「10種吃不胖的食物」 所以我覺得真的是觀念 觀念 觀念❗️ 我走過很多冤枉路 所以基本上私訊我我都會很認真回答 因為我知道遇到停滯期的挫折感&減脂的各種不知所措 希望大家也不要重蹈覆徹 . 看別人分享經驗很輕鬆但是吸收知識真的靠自己 所以先搞懂什麼是基礎代謝,TDEE,碳水蛋白質脂肪,有氧無氧,自己的作息,生活條件等等比較重要 . ①沒有什麼吃不胖的食物 除了水之外 任何東西都有熱量 吃不吃得胖 取決於攝取總熱量跟你的tdee 比如👉🏾蘋果熱量低 但是吃600克(大約三個中等size蘋果)的蘋果熱量約等於一碗飯 而且成分也都是碳水 . ②不知道怎麼開始就從先學會看營養素開始吧 買東西以前我都只看「熱量」完全沒在管蛋白質、碳水、脂質比例 這真的是一個超級大錯誤 比如👉🏾同樣是711三明治 藍莓巧克力210大卡/紐奧良風味鮮蔬烤雞291大卡 我以前看到的是:210<291 然後藍莓好好吃 現在看到的是:碳水>蛋白質 還不如買新鮮水果 . ③很多觀念真的要下功夫去了解原因 花點時間去看看自己的作息跟飲食 增肌 減脂都是需要時間 而且絕對超過你原本預期的時間「耐心」真的是關鍵 比如👉🏾你也不是花7天胖3公斤 那你覺得網路上「7天瘦3公斤」這種東西可以說服你？ . ④不管是飲食知識或是健身觀念都是從0慢慢累積 多看有依據的文章 判斷一下背後的邏輯 或是追蹤一些有在飲食控制或健身的人 他們常常在動態裡面講一些很重要的觀念 多聽就會內化 比如👉🏾 @may8572fit @taiwannutrition @hana.eat . . ⑤如果你跟我一樣 一開始只會烤土司 抹奶油 煎蛋 怎麼辦 那就從你會的開始 再怎麼樣都比外面的好 比如👉🏾土司換成全麥麵包或是地瓜 奶油換成低脂起司或是優格 蛋就 繼續煎 這樣碳水蛋白質脂肪都有了 雖然營養素不是100分 但是比在外面吃個油都免錢在加的蛋餅來得優秀 . 我知道這條路很漫長 有時候很煩有時候想放棄 看到吃不胖的妞在吃薯條啃炸雞喝珍奶 想要打下去翻白眼的衝動我懂 買菜的時候就要規劃好之後的三餐 還有冰箱空間永遠不夠用的問題我懂 別人在被窩賴床撒嬌 我們還要提早起備菜煮飯洗碗的痛苦我懂 . 這條路沒有捷徑 堅持下來就是你的了💪🏾 p.s左邊雖然不是我最胖的巔峰 而且要發以前的照片是需要勇氣的 但是難得找到穿同一件衣服的一年之差 就決定是它了～

  2. 2020.03.29 對很多人來說 吃東西不過就是把肚子填飽 但是對有暴食症的人來說 什麼是吃飽? 我從來沒想過我會有暴食傾向 也沒想過有一天我會因為這個症狀而衍伸出生理問題 不要跟我說你喝了一杯珍珠奶茶 或是吃了一包薯片就爆了 甚至有些人跟我說他吃了一個巧克力結果催吐好久 我曾經在吃完晚餐後狂嗑5.6個麵包 也經在半夜3:00吃下20多個牛軋糖跟爆多的巧克力後再繼續嗑我平常覺得難吃的餅乾 印象最深刻的是在台灣第一次爆食 我半夜偷偷爬起來 直接吃了「一整個」7吋的阿默焦糖瑪士卡邦 覺得反正都爆了 我要吃到爽 隔天我偷偷買一個回家放冰箱 並帶著罪惡的心 吃的超乾淨 再狂有氧消耗我的罪惡感 日復一日 惡性循環 一般的人會問: 你沒自制力嗎？你剛剛沒吃飽嗎？不能不要再吃了嗎？豬？ . 爆食是沒意識的進食🧠 你叫暴食症的人不要在吃 就跟叫做輪椅的人突然站起來、叫憂鬱症的人不要在憂鬱 是一樣的道理 . 爆食是一個現象 代表有一個沒有被發現的問題急需被解決 是什麼讓我們那麼害怕食物? 害怕熱量? 什麼時候食物開始有罪 需要被貼上好壞的標籤？ 社會的期待與價值觀 扭曲了我們對自己的定義 社群媒體的普及也讓我們無形中加諸很多無謂的壓力給自己 纖細的腿 圓潤的臀 緊實的腹部 豐滿的上胸 你是芭比娃娃嗎? 還是維多利亞天使? 我們身體不是機器 沒有公式🙅🏽‍♀️ . . 不得不承認我也曾被社會的審美標準牽著走 也是我一開始健身的原因 很膚淺 想要瘦 想穿衣服好看 想更有自信 而外表 就是我的自信 我不忌諱承認我並非一個完全脫離爆食的人 但是我很努力在改變 檢視自己的心態 根治爆食的原因 好好聆聽自己身體的聲音 調整好作息 這些話在我心底很久了 把它搬出檯面講我也很糾結 可是我想說的是 我們都是人 不是機器 身體的健康建立在快樂的心靈上 為了追求所謂的健康失去了真正身心靈的健康 這個機會成本怎麼算都不划 . 這個過程漫長而且有時令人氣餒 但是無論如何 請給自己一個機會 認真聽自己身體的聲音 給自己多一點自信 不要被一時的想法綁架 覺得自己各種不好 好好愛自己❤️ 即使這些話聽起來空洞 但要不斷的提醒自己 . . 具體一點的做法 我每天都在努力達標 如果你願意 也給自己一個機會一起改變吧✨ ①好好的認真的吃正餐 不跳餐 不限制飲食 ②多喝水 ③保持心情愉悅 給自己多一點自信 少一點批判 ④找出壓力源 找到自己喜歡且可以放鬆心情的活動 ⑤不求快 ⑥充足的睡眠 ⑦昨天就是昨天 今天是新的一天 每天都有機會做出一個不一樣的改變 ⑧不被數字綁架 不被社會框架 ⑨自己定義自己應該成為的樣子 . 不管前方的路有多崎嶇多漫長 只要方向正確 慢慢走 都比原地踏步好加油💪🏾 . 標籤👉🏾 #wei什麼話那麼多
