After my sons delivery, my life changed. Pcos, weight, back issues, post partum depression and so much more. If you think losing weight, getting fit, and becoming healthier is not important. My secret is that you can stay consistent with a health program through the good and bad days. You learn to pick yourself up on hard days and keep going. Starting to work out changed me and my life. It taught me that i can stay consistent with anything and rise as long as i keep going. I didn't inherit anything. I have paved my own way. Im lazy, often pulling myself down But i also pick myself up Trust me, if i can do it, anyone can. This award is for each of you. Who got me here. Who sent me sweet notes Who replied to trolls You helped me keep going. And to tens of thousands of lives, my team and I have been able to positively impact.
