  2. ✅الإصابات الرياضية ✅ 🏋🏾‍♂️🎾⚽️🏀🚴🏊🏸🏃🏾‍♂️🚣‍♀️ مثل ما تعرفون أن الاصابه ممكن قد تحصل لاي لاعب لاقدر الله ، حبيت اني أتكلم في برنامج ثنتين ونص على قناة الكأس الرياضية وأسلط الضوء على التركيز على بعض النقاط المهمة وشلون نقدر ان نتفادى الاصابه كثر الامكان طبعا لازم نعرف ان الاصابات وارده وأسبابها كثيرة منها اولا :- السقوط المفاجىء أو الاقتحام في الرياضات الجماعية والفردية او الضربه القوية ومن احدى الاسباب ثانيا :- عدم الاحماء الجيد كاحماء عام وبعدها الخاص ولازم تعرف طرق الاحماء الصحيح ، ثالثا :- عدم التدرج في الحمل التدريبي بالشكل العلمي والسليم رابعا :- اذا اهملت جانب النوم واهني اتكلم عن كفاءة النوم الصحيح ، وبعد خامسا :- ما ننسى جانب التغذية السليمه من العناصر الغذائية اللازمه لهدفك وكذلك شرب الماء جدا ضروري ، وفي شىء ذكرته لكم شلون اتحفزون الجهاز العصبي مع العضلات الي انتوا اتقومون بتفعيلها ، وبعد شلون تتحكمون في الكور وخاصه الرياضات الي يتطلب منكم رفع الاوزان كالحديد ورياضة الكروسفت او حتى الرياضات الي فيها حركة وقوة انفجاريه ، الاصابات الشائعه ممكن لاقدر الله وبعيد الشر عنكم اصابه العضلات اي تمزقات في العضلات وفي اسباب كثيرة لهذا الاصابه ، اصابه الركبة ممكن من الالتواء وغيرها من الاسباب ممكن ضعف في الحوض يسبب لك حمل زائد على مفصل الركبة ، الالتواء في الكاحل او مفصل الانكل اسبابه ممكن اثناء reaction او changes of direction لازم اتحط في عين الاعتبار انك لا قدر الله لو جات لك اصابه لازم تعرف تتعامل مع الاصابه نفسيا وبدنيا وتاكد بانك تهتم في التقويات قبل الاصابه او بعد الاصابه وتستمر لغاية ما ترجع اقوى وتعالج الاصابه حاولت اني اوضح لكم بعض الامور المهمه وكذلك لازم انعرف ان ما في هناك تمارين خاصه ما راح تجيك منه اصابه ما في شىء من هالكلام ولكن تاكد انك لو اهتمت في اكلك وتغذيتك ونومك وتمارينك والاستشفاء + الراحه الضرورية والكافية وتوزع تدريبك بالشكل الصحيح باذن الله راح يكون نوع ما وقايه للاصابه وتاكد انك بترد اقوى وسرعه استشفاءك بيكون افضل باذن الله تعالى ، شباب رياضة البادل والترايثلون والكروسفت وايضا كرة القدم او الرياضات الاخرى حاولوا انكم تهتمون في جميع الجوانب الي ذكرتها لكم الله يوفقكم جمعيا 🦾 ( الوحش ما يوقف ) @alkasstvsports
