Not only this camp but right from the start The changes in physique have been crazy and today we have the data UFC champ @tomaspinallofficial in peak shape and crazy low body fat % for a heavyweight - redefining the standard for the heavyweight division As expected things are dialled in and the plan has gone like this: Phase 1: - Lower training output = more room to take body fat - Lowest calories to start camp and add every week Phase 2: - Fuel every session as best possible - Maximise recovery - Keep weight stable around usual fight weight And we have increased muscle mass and dropped body fat whilst pushing the pace in the gym > 350-390 protein (high but done the job) > Around 600g carbs > Fats have been up and down Whilst the InBody isn’t the most accurate tool in terms of absolute figures, it’s practical in camp and the trends show we’re coming better shape week on week 4-weeks to Abu Dhabi #andstill If you want to dial in your nutrition like the heavyweight champ of the world, send us a DM and let’s see how we can help ⚪️⚫️

What the champ eats in fight camp 🏟️ Shoutout @science2healthuk for the testing prior to camp so we could dial this in even more - built on solid foundations Generally the goal was to decrease weight and body fat percentage and then fuel the back end of camp as much as physically possible This is 4-weeks out and the macros are around: 5500calories 330-390 Protein 600 Carbs 180g Fat With slightly different intakes for lower intensity and rest days Every Saturday we do a solid evening with the head out of the plan to eat whatever But the main goal right now: - Keep weight steady - Keep output high - Maximise recovery and adaptation Big shoutout @bozu.uk - I go to them weekly with new macros and flavour/meal combos and they deliver on the money every single week - outstanding service can’t recommend them enough As the result show - body fat down (👀), lean mass looking strong and output is phenomenal Coming to Abu Dhabi in one of the best shapes we’ve seen If you want to learn to plan your day like the UFC heavyweight champ, send us a DM and we will see how we can help And for meal prep, get on @bozu.uk ⚪️⚫️
