Prehab > Rehab✊🙈🖕 Just some baby weights and I 👶 〰️ I’ve sheared pretty near all of my climbing first on instant-ham and this one is one that I knew would be inevitable and part of the process “one-day” 🥴 After a lot of bouldering and pulling on some verrryyy crimpy small holds I tweaked my middle right finger 🖕 Even though I’m going to have to take a step back from climbing “ pɹɐɥ “ (𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘺 𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺) I’m also grateful that all n all my tweak could be so much worse than it is 🫣 It’s obviously less than ideal but I feel like I’ve been pretty lucky to have got this far without any finger issues till now. On the bright side going into 3rd year with lots of uni work to be craving on with I can try to tell myself it has kinda come at a “best case scenario” time for me 🤷‍♀️ weirdly, I am psyched to settle into winter training.. it’s going to be new staying within the limited parameters my injury requires.   2. ✅ Ten Year Fog - 7c What incredible moves 🤯 I’m a bit in love with this climb and the sequence. I got some really spectacular air miles working this one and it was good for me to work something with such burly moves at the top. The day I sent my climbing was much smoother than this clip and my beta was refined with a better sequence too (I used a left toe hook at the chains). All and all I’m feeling pretty blown away I’ve had a good week (relative to my level). It’s felt really nice to take bigger falls and fully settle into trying hard without fearing or anticipating the consequences of a fall. This is something that has taken so much work and I feel I have come so far from my first summer of sport climbing. In 2020 I was terrified and often cried when trying things, fear of falling was my biggest limitation.   2. • JUST A GOOD WAY ... TO START THE DAY • I am not like most of the crazy mountain folk out there who bash up for sunrise after sunrise! I love my bed, my van, my sleep and my lazy mornings drinking coffee in beautiful places BUT every now and again I get an offer I can't refuse (or its work related!) 😄 Late last night my lovely pal @curlybeks also known as @wilderness_wales sent me a message telling me she was headed up for sunrise if I fancied a hike. 🌄 I took a moment or more 😉 truly considered whether or not the early start was what I needed or wanted in the middle of the busiest few weeks of my life and decided the #fomo would be too intense to bear ... it was a go from me 💕 What a bloomin corker!!! check out my story on @summit__seekers for your sunrise fix, bloody loved every minute AAAAND to top it off left them at the summit to run back down the Western Gully and made it back to the car in 22 minutes 😀 only 7th fastest women according to @strava 💪💪💪 now I'm enjoying that sunrise, early morning run high that I forgot could be pretty addictive 🥰🥰 #tryfan #sunrise #sunrisesummit #morningrun #fellrunning #mountain

  3. READING HALF MARATHON✅ Official Time: 01:28:26 Without a doubt one of my best Achievements! My close family and friends know how much I commit to achieving my goals and doing this run in under 1hr 30mins definitely feels like more than just a good time Training to do this whilst working two jobs and maintaining progress in my calisthenics, boxing, rock climbing and gymnastics seemed at one point unachievable This is definitely a very proud moment for myself and makes the 12-15 hours a week I put into my training a testament to what I am trying to achieve I know from this point, I’m only going to raise the bar higher🥊⏱️ #thehybridtrainer
