  3. Keto strawberries and cream mousse, the perfect summer dessert. Everyone loves strawberries and cream. If not, why not? Are you a monster? 😀 Anyway, I bought a bunch of fancy looking silicone moulds from aliexpress dirt cheap, so I am in the mousse fever now. Excuse the colour of the post brexit great British strawberries. All saturation enhancement in the world couldn't make it look like sunripened proper strawberries 😅 Recipe (15pcs) 150 ml double cream 20g powdered erythritol (adjust to taste) Vanilla paste /extract 3g gelatine +tbsp water 15 strawberries Used "Russian tale" shape silicone moulds Method Bloom gelatine in water for few minutes, microwave until it is melted. Whip up the cream with erythritol and vanilla until you can see the marks of the whisk, but does not form peaks. Add gelatine and whisk in. Fill the moulds to about half to 2/3 way up and push in the strawberries. Spoon away any excess cream to make the bottoms flat. Freeze it solid, so you can push them out of the silicone mould. Thaw it in the fridge before eating. They can be kept frozen for a few weeks. I eat them half frozen in these hot days. #keto #ketodessert #ketocrepes #ketodietrecipes #ketodiet #ketolunch #diet #dietrecipes #lowcarb #weightloss #lchf #lchfrecipes #ketolunch #ketosnack #ketorecipes #lowcarbhighfat #instafood #диета #кето #диетическиерецепты #Кетодиета #ketosweets #ketogirl #ketochocolate #きな粉 #foodphotography #strawberries

Keto has been a huge struggle to stick to religiously through these past few months , but I’m trying my hardest to eat well but listen to my body too. I strongly believe Keto has changed my life. It helped me to reverse my PCOS symptoms, Thyroid issues and conceive after 16 months of hell. 1. 💚🌱𝕂𝕖𝕥𝕠 𝕄𝕚𝕟𝕥 ℂ𝕙𝕠𝕔𝕠𝕝𝕒𝕥𝕖 𝕋𝕖𝕒𝕔𝕒𝕜𝕖𝕤🌱💚 Okay!...I am soo happy with these!!! 😋😁 I used the same recipes I used for the marshmallow slice (a few posts back), but bought a silicone dome mould for these. I added mint extract & some green gel food colouring to the marshmallow & just used @chocologicofficial (no added sugar) chocolate for the crisp chocolate shell 😋🤗 Scroll towards the end for some of the pics of how I made these ➡️ I tempered my chocolate (using a cheat seeding method); I blitzed up the @chocologic in a food processor, gently heating about 2/3rds in the microwave (on very low heat, stirring every 30 secs or so) & then once all melted, adding the remaining 1/3rd of the chocolate, stirring occassionally & waiting until all melted (using the remaining heat from the melted chocolate) 🌱 🌱 🌱 #keto #lowcarb #lchf #ketobake #sugarfree #ketoteacake #grainfree #grainfreebaking #sugarfreemarshmallow #ukketofam #ketouk #lowcarbmarshmallow #diabeticdessert #ketobreakfast #ketosnack #ketodietuk #ketodiet #lowcarbsweet #ketobiscuits #yummyketo #ketosweettooth #ketosweet #lchfbaking #weightlossdessert #homemadeteacake #ketobakeoff #ketobaker #ukketo #ketoproductsuk #almondflourbake

  2. 𝕊𝕒𝕝𝕥𝕖𝕕 ℂ𝕒𝕣𝕒𝕞𝕖𝕝 𝕄𝕚𝕝𝕝𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕟𝕒𝕚𝕣𝕖 𝕊𝕙𝕠𝕣𝕥𝕓𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕕 🥰🤗 ......and it's keto, grain & sugar free!! ⭐💖 (308kCal, 1.7g carbs, 30g fat, 5.6g protein/prtn) I made this at the weekend and it's just amazing! For the base, I used the @wholesomeyum "ALMOND FLOUR KETO SHORTBREAD COOKIES RECIPE" (from her website) and just baked in one layer for about 20-25mins (this has stayed lovely and crisp & crumbly) The salted caramel recipe I used was the gorgeous one by @fatkitchenblog 's (using allulose as the sweetener, so that the caramel stays smooth and doesn't go grainy) And for the top layer, I just gently melted together; - 140g @chocologicofficial dark chocolate - 40g 90% cocoa Lindt chocolate - 10g butter & then mixed in; - 40ml double cream & a few drops of stevia (to taste) . . . #keto #ketobaking #lowcarb #lchf #sugarfree #sugarfreebake #ketocaramel #ketocaramelslice #ketobaker #lowcarbbaking #gosugarfree #sugarfreedessert #ketodessert #lowcarbdessert #ketobreakfast #ketoshortbread #ukketo #ukketofam #ketouk #healthybaking #weightlossdessert #sugarfreecaramelsauce #sugarfreelife #grainfreedessert #grainfreebake #almondflourbake #yummyketo #ketogenic #ketodietrecipes #diabeticdessert

I used the @wholesomeyum recipes for the shortbread base & the sugar free marshmallow layer & then used the same chocolate top layer that I did for my salted caramel millionnaire shortbread 😋 . . . #keto #lowcarb #lchf #ketobake #ketomarshmallow #sugarfree #sugarfreemarshmallows #ukketofam #homemademarshmallows #sugarfreebaking #ketotraybake #lowcarbdessert #lowcarbtraybake #ketouk #ketodessert #yummyketo #ketogenic #ketoteacake #grainfreebake #diabetictraybake #diabeticbaking #ketobaker #lowcarbsweet #ketogenicfood #ketoshortbread #ketoyum #grainfree #healthydessert #weightlossdiet #sugarswap

  2. Issa transformation Tuesday, but probably not the kind everyone else is doing. On the left I was at my lowest weight since starting this journey, on strict keto, leading a reasonably active life and doing Thai boxing twice(ish) a week and wearing fabulous coats obv. Since then we've had a global pandemic, some truly horrible stressful situations and a total lack of exercise. All pretty good reasons to gain weight, but hand on heart, I never fell off the wagon with my eating. I was angry, I felt like I didn't deserve to pile on nearly 2 stone. I won't lie, it's been really hard to essentially float backwards despite my arms and legs paddling like mad to swim forwards. Constantly researching what to do next, how to get things moving again, meticulous meal planning, pre-loading my calories into MyFitnessPal before every meal, thinking about it before I go to bed at night every night. I thought this side by side would really upset me, but you know what? It hasn't. I don't look that different, I will get back there eventually when my metabolism wakes tf up. It's okay. Aside from gaining some weight I've also gained: ✨An understanding of reverse dieting and metabolic adaptation ✨The ability to learn moderation with trigger foods ✨A new wardrobe (whoops) ✨A new found love for exercise for how good it makes me feel not because I should ✨Less of a reliance on the scale to tell me how I'm doing - I won't lose weight while reverse dieting, so why keep looking at it? It's still a struggle, I'm still trying to find my way with these new found calories and foods without binging. Touch wood, that hasn't happened yet, but this whole thing is getting easier. #ketouk #ukketo #reversedieting #transformationtuesday #weightgain #reversediet #reversedietingworks #paleo #paleouk #eatclean #weightlossjourney #metabolicadaptation #bingeeating #ketocommunity #pcoswarrior #pcosfighter #nocarbs #sugarfreeuk #sugarfree #progressnotperfection #progresspic

  3. I binged this weekend. There, I said it. And it was a bad one too. I figured at least if I can stop it being some huge secret then maybe, just maybe, it won't kick off the cycle that it normally does. It started off with a poor decision when presented with a trigger food, and ended with something that I felt like I had absolutely no control over. Like my body had a mind of its own and I was just some helpless bystander watching it all unfold, dealing with the physical discomfort that ensued. Before I knew it I had sloped off to the shop to specifically buy binge foods, did the deed and disposed of all the evidence, told myself that was it and that there would be no more...and then proceeded to do it again, and again, and again. I still don't know why it happened, which is probably the worst bit. It seems so unnecessary. I dread to think the damage that has been done calorically or to my poor digestive system. It's very hard not to indulge in extreme damage control strategies now. Truly, the only thing keeping me from swinging that pendulum right in the other direction is the fact that I know it will lead to another binge. All I can do now is go on as normal and try not to dwell too much. But honestly I am upset about it, not feeling very clever at all. I'm putting this on here because people need to know relapses happen and a journey to a healthier mind and body isn't linear. #bingeeating #bingerecovery #bingeeatingdisorder #bedrecovery #bingeeaters #ketouk #ukketo #pcosnutrition #cysters #balancednotclean #macrotracking #weightlossjourney #weightlosscommunity #eatingdisorderawareness #bingeeatingawareness

  2. Since my first post "before and after" I have a lot of new people on Instagram. So here is my story.... My keto🥓 🍳and fasting life ‪18/6‬ ⏰started after I gained +6.5 kg during quarantine.  In May 2020 my weight peaked 68,5 kg and I decided that I should do something with that.   From first day of summer I started my Keto life with fasting ‪18/6‬ and it was one of best decision of this year. For first two month I lost 10 kg ( 22lb). My daily carbs "dose" is no more than 30g. #ketorecipes #ketofriendlyfood #simpleketo #ketolunch #ketobreakfast #beforeafter#applecidervinigar #ketodiet #keto #ketogenicdiet #ketolife #ketorecipes #ketofam #lowcarb #highfat #lowcarbhighfat #fasting #fasting18 #intermittentfasting #ketobegginers #myfastingdiet #fastingdiet #dieting #18hoursfasting #drberg #berg #fatburn #ketouk #ketoukgirls #ketoukcommunity

  1. Good morning! All the insta sins here, lights, tv, cars outside ... damn you real life 😆 This is my office set up for the day as I’m frozen, the heating and the fire are on! In the middle of the night the electric tripped out (joys of dodgy wiring somewhere) so the heating didn’t come on timer. Anyone else have dodgy electric that just trips outs? The kids are used to it now and shout POWER CUT! I hate it if lewis isn’t home, as it means I have to go in the basement (his man space) and sort it out. 1. I can't believe I'm uploading this picture, I never thought I'd have the confidence in myself to do such a thing, but here's my #transformationtuesday The two photos are just over a year apart, the left is me at 20 stone (ish) (280 pounds), the right was today 13 stone 8 (192 pounds). I'm often asked what's my secret and there isn't one, in fact I'm very open about my #weightloss. I live a #ketogenic #lowcarbhighfat livestyle, yes I track macros, count calories and #workout. I do #HIIT and #weightlifting, which definitely contributed to my #weightlossjourney. I still have work to do and know it'll get harder as I get closer and closer to my goal, but I have complete faith that #keto will get me there! #ketosis #ketodiet #ketogenicdiet #banting #lchf #lchfuk #atkins #atkinsdiet #weightlossmotivation #weightlossinspiration #lowcarb #lowcarbs #lowcarbdiet #transformation #weightlosstransformation #diet #dieting

  2. I haven't done a #facetoface for a while and #facebook decided to show a "memory" with the old me.. I still find it hard to believe I allowed myself to get into such a bad way, but then I was introduced to #lowcarb and #ketosis, which pushed me to start the #gym. Im 160lbs (11 and a half stone/72kg) lighter and never looked back! #facetofacefriday #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #weightlossinspiration #diet #dieting #keto #ketogenic #ketodiet #ketogenicdiet #lowcarbhighfat #lchf #atkins #banting #fitfam #ketofam

  3. Tonight's #lowcarb #ketogenic dinner was so good, not bad for our first attempt! Turkey filets stuffed and topped with cream cheese, natural yoghurt, spinach, smoked cheese, garlic and paprika! The sides weren't as impressive I'm afraid! It's food like this which makes this a sustainable way of eating, rather than a #diet. Yes the #protein is "high", but this is my one and only "meal", so I need to make sure I'm hitting that Macro, especially after my #kettlebell #HIIT #cardio session this morning. 2. Sometimes - Doctors get it wrong! ‼️ Back in 2014 I had some pre cancer removed from my cervix (**side note - LADIES- GO GET YOUR SMEARS**) Due to this I was told that I may have to have a stitch to help support mine & keep baby safe. I had to have an additional scan after my routine 20 week to see if a stitch was needed. I was told different things by separate Drs - 1.) You don’t have much cervix left - we can’t stitch, 2.) Your cervix is open your baby is in trouble 😳 I was admitted to hospital, given progesterone & then sent home 6 days later being told I needed strict bed rest & if I could hold on for a few more weeks then our baby would be considered ‘viable’ ( a doctor actually said that! 😥) None of this sounded right to me so I got a 2nd opinion & it was all WRONG! Nothing wrong with me or baby - in fact, I’m cast iron!!! Mamas - you know your bodies, you already know your baby- if it doesn’t sound right get a second opinion! Hopefully now I can continue to enjoy the rest of my pregnancy. I’m still so shook up by the whole event I’m too scared to exercise (apart from walk) which is killing me but only a few months left then baby will be here & I can get back to it. 💪🏼 #fitnessmotivation #mumtobe #pregnant #healthy #balance #pregnancyjourney #crossfit #instafit #instagramhub #photooftheday #picoftheday #weightlifting #girlswholift #25weekspregnant #mama

  3. Here was today’s lunch 😍 I made some squealing’ hot nuggets along with some keto fries 😍 that’s right you heard keto fries 🍟!! In terms of texture this recipe nails it 😍 does it taste exactly like a fry sadly no 🥺 but it’s pretty close and it’s tasty 😍 🔱Recipe for Squealin’ hot nuggets -grab your favorite pork rinds I used @slimjim brand and I grabbed the squealin’ hot flavor 😍 make sure to finely crush them. You can use a blender, food processor or a rolling pin and a bag to finely crush your pork rinds -chicken breast will be needed. Make sure to cut them about an inch wide. -you will need eggs as well. Place into a bowl and Beat the egg. You are going to need to cover your chicken in the egg wash so let that soak up for a bit. Once that’s done go ahead and transfer your chicken into the pork rind crumbs and make sure to evenly coat them 😍 bake at 400 degrees for about 30-45 minutes and enjoy with dressing of your choice 🤩 🍟 keto fry recipe 🤩 - 1/2 a cup of coconut flower - 3 teaspoons of Xanthan gum -1/4 a cup of Parmesan cheese - hot water ( I added in water until my mixture was completely smooth) Once all your ingredients are combined grab your dough like mixture and place it into a piece of cling wrap. Form in into a ball and spread it out evenly on a cutting board and then cut it into fry like shapes and fry in the oil of your choice I used coconut oil 😍 and enjoy 🤩 #keto #ketodiet #ketomeals #ketonuggets #ketofriendly #ketofries #ketolifestyle #ketolife #ketoliving #lowcarb #lowcarbrecipes #ketorecipes #ketochickenrecipes #porkrinds #dietalowcarb #dietaketo #dietaketogenica #unpoketowithlarib #enjoy #followmeformorerecipes #ketoaf #ketocommunity #ketocooking #comeketowithme #slimmingworld #slimming #myfavorite #jwfhealthylife #ketoworks #ketowomen

  2. 1/2 People often ask, what does a relapse look like? To be brutally honest, answering the question is impossible, not least because everyone will experience a relapse differently. So, here I am, feeling brave. A relapse for me, looks like this. I did too much. I had a couple of appointments at the hospital which drained me, I then continued to try to rehabilitate at the same rate I had been doing. Now, don’t get me wrong, we’re not talking about Olympic training here. I tried to keep walking once a day, introducing some tai chi once a week, and a short, slow, very slooooooow swim once a week. Progress After 3 weeks of this I then really pushed my luck and went to The Keto and Low Carb Festival. I was becoming increasingly fatigued before that day, I failed to listen to my body, and I pushed past my limits. My fault that I needed to live with the consequences. Returning from the festival I slept. Nothing too peculiar there, except I literally slept for four days solid. Well that’s not quite true, I got out of bed during the day and moved myself to the sofa to sleep some more. For those four days I felt like death. Followed by 3 days of wakeful death. As I have found, fatigue isn’t just a bit of tiredness. I’ll be honest, that’s what I used to think it was. Fatigue is unrelenting exhaustion, complete failure to be refreshed by sleep, tiredness to the point that your head is pounding, your eyes hurt and vision distorts, you can’t concentrate enough to understand verbal information, hold a conversation, retain basic information. Each bone, joint, tendon through your body is painful. you feel like you are living on hyper-alert with a pounding heart rate, dry mouth, tremors and internal vibrating, itchy eyes, flushing sweats, restless painful legs, Digestive disruption, and then unsettling persistent, irritability. I think my selfie says it all. I am trying to smile but my face is puffy, my lids and eyes are sore. My sunglasses are perched on my head in order that I can pull them straight back down after the photograph. Nothing really helps to take away the headache, but shielding myself from the slightest chunks of light will help. #longcovid #cfsme
