  2. For anyone that doesn’t know whats went on in 22 for me. It’s been a bit of a crazy time 🤯. Diagnosed in March with stage 4 Classic Hodgkin Lymphoma, as of today. I have been moved on to the next phase and will only be attending the hospital for checks up every 3 months 🙌🏽. I can now say am cancer free officially, as there is no active disease in my body anymore. Been some journey, there is still a long way to go with mental healing and physical also. It’s been hell, but we got there and we beat it.   3. Thursday 22/08/24, have some people I have on here not on Facebook. Been processing this for the last wee while, I wanted to wrap it up 👏🏽. Yesterday marked a day I never thought would come, I was eventually discharged as a cancer patient. 2 years of being all clear, after 3 long years from when I presented my first symptoms to now. None of it has been easy, ups and downs along the way. Grateful to be here and for all the support around me. 2 and half years of keeping the head down and grinding to get my health back, it will never be the same but we keep trying to improve it. I went through every emotion. My advice is look after yourself where you can. It doesn’t have to be the outcome, never give up! 95% chance of reoccurring after a stage 4 diagnosis of any type against all odds, 5 year is classed as a long term survive. This is the next goal 👏🏽.
