  3. A lovely day at the beach yesterday in South Ayrshire. Wandering along the tide line with a small border terrier at my heels. Sausages cooked on the Campervan stove. Nodded off reading a book. This body has ran half marathons, it’s lifted 100kg deadlifts, its climbed mountains, it’s competed in duathlons (and won), it’s been broken and put through hell. But one thing it’s never done is give up for good.
