  3. The simplest & most delicious Mango Cheesecake... A recipe that uses just 4 ingredients for the cheesecake filling, this is the quickest, eggless, no bake mango cheesecake I've ever made! I've got a load of DMs and recipe requests for mango based desserts now that the mango season is here, so I'm sharing another delicious, no fuss recipe. I really liked how this came together, almost like magic. I have a high speed blender so I just threw everything into it and had a smooth cheesecake batter in a couple of minutes. Alternatively, you can puree and strain the mango separately, then whisk everything together with a hand blender to get a smooth batter. The white chocolate adds enough sweetness and helps the cheesecake set. Hope you try this recipe soon! #mangoseries No Bake Mango Cheesecake Makes one 4" cheesecake Serves 2 Biscuit base 50g Digestive biscuits 15g clarified butter/ghee, room temperature Cheesecake filling 135g mango, diced 125g white chocolate, melted 150g cream cheese, softened 35g cream, 25% fat Method Biscuit base Run the biscuits in a blender to fine crumbs. Add the clarified butter / ghee and process briefly to mix. Turn into a 4" foil lined dessert ring, flatten into a base and freeze until firm. Cheesecake filling Blend all 4 ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth. Assemble Demold the biscuit base, secure an acetate sheet around the frozen biscuit base and spoon in the filling. Set in the freezer for 3-4 hours until firm, peel off the acetate sheet and leave the cheesecake to set in the fridge overnight.   2. Continuing the shutter speed subject, all of these were taken at a very specific speed, 1/4. For the ocean, this is a magic speed. Droplets become streaks, texture is painterly, like brush strokes. For seascapes, I rarely use speeds slower than 1/640 but faster than 1/4. Those intermediate speeds seem to me neither one thing nor the other - the sea isn’t frozen but nor is it obviously blurred. I mentioned camera shake yesterday. Many of these photos were taken using a long focal length and handheld. As long as only water is in the frame, a little camera shake doesn’t matter and may even enhance the painterly look.

There are more than 20k lighthouses in the world, according to Guinness World Records. The USA is the country with the most (approx 670 still standing today).
