I want to see your creations! 🏷️ Recipe~ •2 cups dark chocolate chips •1 teaspoon coconut oil •1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract •2 cups plain Greek yogurt •1 scoop vanilla protein powder •crushed candy cane pieces Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on 30 second increments, stirring each time until chocolate is completely melted. Once melted, mix and peppermint extract. Pour on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 10 minutes to set. Meanwhile, combine yogurt and protein powder and mix thoroughly combined. Spread yogurt mixture evenly on top of set chocolate. Sprinkle candy cane pieces and freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until completely frozen. Break into bark pieces when ready to eat. Continue to freeze to keep.
