  1. Shoutout to @cheesegal for reminding me that this viral cinnamon roll trick exists so that I didn’t have to drive to a Cinnabon. We’ve made these 2 times now on holidays and oh my god they are GOOD. Ingredients: -1 can of cinnamon buns (I like the Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls. You cannot use the normal small ones) -heavy cream -1 stick of butter -light brown sugar -cinnamon -vanilla extract. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add your cinnamon rolls to a 9x13 baking dish. Give them some room because they WILL grow. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with heavy cream. Melt your stick of butter in a microwave safe bowl. This is where you measure with your heart and your eyes. I added about 5 spoonfuls of light brown sugar until I got the consistency I was looking for. I also added about a tsp of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla extract. Mix and then spoon over the cinnamon rolls. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. You can top your cinnamon rolls with the icing it comes with, but I was craving good cream cheese icing. I used a “cream cheese frosting for cinnamon rolls” recipe by DesignEatRepeat and added some cinnamon. You can find it on google! Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Tortellini Bake 🥦🧀 Ingredients: -1 15 oz. jar of @classico_sauce Creamy Alfredo -1 medium sized yellow onion chopped -1 medium-large head of broccoli cut into small bite sized florets -4 cloves of garlic minced -2 (9 oz.) packages of refrigerated cheese tortellini -1 tsp Italian seasoning -pinch of red pepper flakes -3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken -2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese -grated Parmesan cheese -olive oil -salt and pepper Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a pot, bring water to a boil for the tortellini and broccoli. Once boiling, add a generous pinch of salt and add both the broccoli and tortellini. Cook the tortellini 1 minute short of the package directions (mine said to boil for 4 minutes so I did 3). Drain and set aside, but save some of the pasta water. To a sauté pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add onion, a pinch of salt/pepper, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Stir and let onions soften (about 4-5 minutes). Add garlic and let cook for minute. Add the tortellini, broccoli, and shredded chicken directly to the pan with the onion and garlic. Add a splash of the pasta water, the jar of Alfredo sauce, and a generous pinch of pepper. Stir until everything is incorporated. Add tortellini to a 9x13 baking dish. Top with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese (measure with your heart). Add another pinch of salt and pepper and transfer to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes. I broiled for the last 2-3 minutes to get a nice golden crust. #ClassicoPartner #Ad #WeeknightMeal #alfredo
