  2. How many eagles can fit in one tree? 📍 Hagerman, Idaho The Eagle Tree in Hagerman is so fascinating. Dozens of bald eagles fly in each year to spend their winter here. When viewing them yourself please be quiet! Don’t approach. Bring binoculars or a zoom lens like I did. Shot on my @sonyalpha 7riii, with my 70-200 mm. They are on private property so you can only view from a distance. Find them all around the Hagerman Valley like at the state parks, and even lined up on irrigation pivots along the farm fields. Leave no trace, be respectful! Support a local business nearby. #idaho #baldeagles

  3. Have you ever been to a National Park? If you have, you understand the excitement of pulling up to the kiosk and chatting with the ranger, getting a map, and starting your adventure. Maybe you’re not a National Park person, maybe you enjoy being deep in the woods where no one’s around except that one trail maintenance dude in the distance. These places will be also affected, as I’ve personally heard of layoffs through all sectors in (at least) Idaho. The National Park Service and US Forest Service are facing massive layoffs. Thousands of people have lost their jobs, meaning there will be massive consequences for our public lands. (And for you and I as outdoorsmen.) This can include wildlife not being protected properly, our favorite trails closing due to lack of maintenance, increased fire risk because trees are not being removed and campfires are not being monitored, fewer staff to help those in need. The list goes on and on. This is why it important for us to go above and beyond when visiting to be good stewards of the land. What would Smoky do?? He would make sure his campfire is dead out, and would call his local representative to voice these concerns.   3. Tyrion ended up having one of his best hydrotherapy appointments ever!! It’s amazing what a little patience and perseverance can do. I still can’t believe how well his body is able to adapt and adjust. So often his legs drag and get crossed at the beginning of the session, but by the end, his body adjusts and his steps become even and consistent. And he’s doing all of this without any input from his brain! I’m beyond grateful and amazed at Tyrion’s ability to spinal walk.
