  1. I caught Ozzy out of the corner of my eye giving Banks a snuggle out of the blue (what she does for hugs haha) and it was just so sweet 🥹 She went on to give a few more that I caught on camera. This girl has been through hell and is still so loving and sweet. She loves on her sister and family everyday and truly enjoys making people smile. I’m so lucky to be her mama. It’s wild to think of those first days of meeting Ozzy, how we felt we were thrown such a curveball after welcoming our first baby to the world. She wasn’t what we had been imagining, but we loved her so fiercely. Now I don’t know how I could imagine anything better in a tiny little adorable blue eyed blonde haired giggly smartybutt little body! 😆

  2. One of the most amazing years and one of the most challenging years. So many things to celebrate, while faced with challenges that made me grow in ways I didn’t think I needed to or could. Patience, prayer, persistence. I’ll never forget 2025. the year we welcomed Banks, and Ozzy became a big sister. The year we went to the ocean and played in the sand as a family of 4. The year Ozzy was hospitalized and intubated from a scary sickness where we could have lost her in an instant…The year Ozzy learned to crawl, stand, sign and say so many words, the year Banks started walking and talking and hugging every cat in sight, the year our daughters became best friends and danced, played, snuggled & laughed together. 🤍 We faced a lot of challenges this past year. Some I don’t talk about on here at all, and many that I do. Through it all, we have gained a tribe of prayer warriors and an internet fam I never could have imagined, where I never feel alone. You’re all incredible supporters of us and Ozzy’s fight against cancer. I feel ready to close the chapter on 2025, and so look forward to the memories and joy 2026 will bring (especially Ozzy ringing that bell!) CHEERS FAM 🥂🪩

  3. I couldn’t love them more!!! Those voices, cheek jiggles, hugs… I’m done. 😂 But okay I’m getting a lot of questions on the vibrating plate we got today. These vibrating plates have been trending for adults because of all the health benefits and ease of use, but what I’m getting most messages about is how a lot of you didn’t think to use one for your kiddos!! I’m going to first say, very clearly, I am in no way a healthcare professional and I also don’t have solid evidence on any of these things im about to list personally. But here is what I’ve read and heard that these plates can help with for my almost 3 yr old daughter Ozzy, who has Down syndrome and is in cancer treatment. Build core strength (for her hypotonia), boost metabolism, bone strength, relieving pain (huge for her), decreasing her stress(also 100% needed), improve circulation, potential to improve grinding, balance and coordination, constipation relief (chemo causes this), and calming her nervous system. I’m sure there are more perks but honestly, say less. I’m 100% for doing anything to give this girl some more peace and help her feel good right now. Especially thanks to the incredible donations we received from so many of you this past year in order to help Ozzy survive and thrive through everything!🥺 This is one of many examples how you guys have helped Ozzy. THANK YOU PS. And of course whatever Ozzy does, Banks wants to do too. These guys are best of friends and it makes me so beyond happy 🥹 however, I do plan to keep Banks off the plate for now since she’s not quite a year old and feel her body’s not quite ready. I would be lying if I said I wasn't dissapointed at the lack of more opportunity at the end of the '21 season and my tenure there ending this way. But there are no hard feelings. They are doing what's best for their club and that is business. On the contrary, I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to wear the Twins uniform these past years. It was an honor.
