Borscht Beef shanks bones - 8 lbs Beef shank - 2 Beets - 3 Tomato paste - 2 tbsp Vinegar - 2 tbsp Cabbage - 1 diced Potato - 2 cubed Carrots - 2 shredded Onion - 1 diced Salo - 3 oz Garlic - 3 Dill - handful Sour cream Pampushky Fresh yeast - 15g Sugar - 1 tsp Warm water - 225 ml Bread flour - 400g Salt - 8 g Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp Garlic - 3 minced Parsley - 1/2 bunch minced Dill - handful minced Salt and pepper Duck egg for glaze Smoked pork belly Borscht Roast bones in oven 400f. Season shanks with salt and pepper and sear off. Combine bones with shanks in pot and cover with cold water, bring to simmer and cook 3-4 hours. Strain and set aside Saute beets with salt and pepper and tomato paste, deglaze with vinegar and set aside. Saute carrots with onion, season with salt and pepper and set aside once soft. Grind salo with garlic, salt, dill until smooth paste, set aside. With the stock you made, add to pot with chopped shank meat. Add potatoes and cabbage, along with carrots and beets, add a big spoonful of salo mix. Season with salt and pepper. Plate, add spoonful of sour cream and dill for garnish. Pampushky Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Add 200g of the flour and mix. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, add rest of flour and salt and mix until smooth. Divide dough into 8 pieces and make round. Add to baking dish, cover with towel and proof one hour until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 425F. Make basting oil and set aside. Brush bread with duck or chicken egg for 20-25 mins. Cover with basting oil and plate. #borscht #pampushky #soup #beets

Add boiling hot water (don't add cold or room temperature) and mix with a spoon until you can tolerate kneading it with your hands. Knead for 15 minutes. Kneading is the secret to make your tortilla soft and poofy. Let dough rest for 20 minutes covered to let the gluten rest, that way it's easier to roll out your tortillas. 20 minutes later roll out your tortillas and add them to a very hot comal. Low Carb Enchiladas Suizas Each Enchilada is less that 5 carbs each🔥 Shredded Chicken: 2 chicken breasts 1/2 onion 4 garlic cloves 2 bayleaves 1 tbsp salt 3 liters water Green Sauce: 1 roasted peeled and deveined poblano pepper 7 tomatillos 4 jalapeños 1/4 onion 2 garlic cloves 1 small bunch of cilantro 1 tbsp chicken bouillon 8 oz Cacique Crema Mexicana 1 cup shredded oaxaca cheese 3/4 cups water 10 Low Carb Alamadre Corn Tortillas Aceite Oleico is what I use for frying because it's a healthy NON GMO and has good healthy fats💚 Toppings: 2-3 cups of oaxaca cheese (for grating) Cilantro (for garnish) Instructions: Add chicken, onion, garlic, bayleaves, chicken bouillon and water to a pot on high heat until it reaches a boil. Once it reaches a boil turn the heat to medium low and cook for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from pot and shred your chicken and set aside for filling. Now, to a small pot add water and jalapeños. Cook for 5 minutes on high heat then add tomatillos and cook on medoum heat for 8-10 minutes or until tomatillos change in color (Don't let them burst or else they'll be sour). Meanwhile, roast a poblano pepper for 4 minutes on open flame on each side, then remove from stove and put the pepper inside a bag; 8-10 mins later peel and devein. Add everything to the blender + all your green sauce ingredients and blend! Next, fry your sauce on medium low heat and let it simmer just until thickened (Don't cook on high or else your sauce will break). Fry low carb corn tortillas, fill them with chicken, assemble and top with cream sauce and more cheese. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted and gooey. Over two million Palestinians in Gaza face unprecedented levels of starvation — not from a humanitarian disaster, but from Israel’s blockade on food, water, fuel, and medicine. Children are beginning to die from starvation. UN and countless humanitarian organizations say the aid being allowed in is a drop in the ocean of what is desperately needed. Respected relief agencies have been ready to resume their work, with thousands of trucks containing food and aid just a few miles away—enough to meet the desperate needs of civilians in Gaza. The current distribution scheme—the Israeli and US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, virtually the only option for aid—are sites of daily massacres, with open gunfire into starving crowds of people. Over 1000 people have been killed while trying to get aid in the past two and a half months alone. People are forced to choose between feeding their families and being gunned down. We call on our fellow artists to speak up in the name of our shared humanity, for an end to the suffering and endless killing.
