  1. The past few months have been some of the most stressful months of my life. Dealing with school & operating a business at the same time while commuting from a different state has been absolutely hell. Spending all this time away from my family and little brother has hurt me throughout the past months. But what keeps that drive and motivation inside of me is that I know I’m doing it for them. I’m grateful to be surrounded by people who truly care about me, love me and keep me in check at all times. My advice for anyone in the same situation is to keep pushing. Keep working and putting in that pain, a lot of sacrifices gonna have to be made in order to do what you wanna do.   3. Trust the process. First meet with @doc_willy_ and @entropic_ts and am so proud of this team today. This prep came with a lot of change and it was scary but today I learned to trust the process and the people in my corner! 404 dots and 30lb total PR and 2nd Place 75kg open Squat - 347 PR Bench - 193 PR Deadlift - 363 27lb sumo pr ( first time actually pulling sumo and it really tested me this prep but I’m glad I didn’t give up and kept pushing) I proved that I indeed can pull sumo lol. 🤭🥹😇
