  1. The teaser of “A Texan Commute” behind the scenes film. The question I get asked most often about my art is, “Is that Photoshop or AI?” The answer is neither. For me, it’s incredibly important to create real images—real characters, real locations, real cameras. My goal is to infuse depth and story into every one of my pieces. If I were to use AI or Photoshop, that would instantly eliminate the human element of the creation behind the image. These photos are about much more than just me, the photographer; they’re about the team effort, the characters, and the lives depicted in my imagery. None of these photos would be possible without the amazing people behind the scenes. It’s my goal to film and capture the behind-the-scenes story of every image, not only to demonstrate to my audience that the photos are indeed authentic, but to also celebrate the people and animals that make these images possible.   3. “A Texas Sized Showdown” We’ve been incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to shoot at @cota_official not just once, but twice. For the past few months, we’ve been planning a gallery based on a shoot from last year (photos coming soon). This year’s Formula 1 race theme is “A Texas-Sized Showdown,” and during the gallery planning, I pitched a last-minute idea: bringing a Longhorn onto the track with an F1 car. Honestly, I didn’t think they’d go for it. But after 48 hours of consideration, the amazing team at COTA said, “Let’s do it,” with one condition—it had to be done in 36 hours. With no time to spare and an incredible team supporting me, we not only secured a Longhorn but also brought in a cowboy and some horses. This image is a testament to teamwork and the power of a shared vision. I’m so grateful for the incredible people I get to work with—you know who you are, and I’ll always appreciate your support!   3. hi everyone, long post incoming! as some of you know, about 5 months ago, i was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. i’ve spent the past few months living in a world i never thought i would have to experience - one that consists of never ending hospital visits, blood draws, bone marrow biopsies, spinal taps, and completely unfamiliar and debilitating health complications at every turn. to put it simply, i can honestly say it’s been the hardest 5 months of my life, physically and mentally, and i often found myself feeling completely powerless. BUT i am so so happy to announce that yesterday marked the end of my last cycle of chemo !!!!!! although it wasn’t my last day of treatment altogether and i still have a long road ahead of me, it’s a huge personal milestone that i’m just really proud to share. i honestly spent a long time contemplating whether or not to actually post this but if i’ve learned anything over the last few months, it’s to celebrate every victory - even the little ones - to their fullest, so that’s what we doin😎 to my friends and family and everyone else who have expressed their kindness and support: from the bottom of my heart, thank you. you all give me so much strength when i feel like i don’t have any and i truly wouldn’t have been able to do this without you. i know i don’t say it enough, but i love you all so much more than words can express. #cancersucks but we fight on baby <3
