CRUNCHES or SIT-UPS I put this in bold because when I started the gym I ran into doing crunches and sit-ups and I realized that I couldn’t do them that’s because my core was weak, so skip sit-up and strengthen your core first, try to heal what’s on the inside and the results will come. 4. Over exertion 5. Dehydration Those are some of the exercises that I did to get rid of my mommy tummy and heal my Diastasis Recti after back to back single and twin pregnancies. Remember that every postpartum journey is unique, and what’s suitable for one person may not be for another.
