Frame 4: A little motivation for him. Frame 5: My @dipotsoshadymon completed her 2nd Comrades marathon. What a star!! 😍 Frame 6: Shed a tear when the clock stopped. 11 hrs 58 mins to be exact. My brother had just completed his first ultimate human race. I couldn’t believe it. At the same time I knew he would make it. It was a very emotionally taxing day. People lost their lives by the way. To see your loved one challenge themselves to this extent was an emotional rollercoaster. Anything could’ve happened. At some point the tracker wasn’t moving 😭 I thought did he faint? Is he ohkay? By the grace of God he’s still with us. I witnessed mental strength, resilience, determination. Strangers on the road side cheering runners, aiding them with the necessary. I’m proud of every single marathoner. Your bravery is unmatched. Respect ✊🏾
