  3. 40 kil lažja. To pa ni kar tako. 😊🎈 Ponosna sem nase in na ves trud, ki ga vlagam vase. V telovadbo, v kakovostne obroke. Pa tudi v pavze. :) Prejšni mejnik (-30 kg) se je zgodil decembra. Za teh dodatnih 10kg sem potrebovala skoraj 8 mesecev. V teoriji se zdi počasi. Dobra kilca na mesec. V teoriji vem, da bi lahko hitreje. Ampak - a bi morala? Za kakšno ceno? Izguba velike količine teže ni šprint. Nikamor se mi ne mudi. Sploh pa nočem svojega življenja podrediti številki na tehtnici. Kakšen mesec zmorem več, kakšen manj. Tako je ok. Zdaj pa naprej, do naslednjega mejnika. Ne vem, kdaj bo. Niti ni tako pomembno. Mejniki so kul in ob posebnih dosežkih se dobro počutim, a pomembnejši je ta čas med njimi. Gibam se, počivam, pripravljam si dobro hrano, uživam tudi v hrani za dušo, govorim si lepe besede, sprejemam se v tem trenutku točno tako, kot sem, in vlagam v svoje dobro počutje. To je vse, kar lahko delam. In to je dovolj. ❤️ In Kati na levi - rada te imam in ponosna sem nate, da si začela. Nothing can stop us now. ❤️🎈

  1. "Cincal" sem med tem ali objavim ali ne, da ne bi izpadel samovšečen, tralala, itd... Pred spremembo sem si vsaj stokrat rekel: "Jutr pa začnem", pa nikoli se ni obdržalo, ker nisem imel jasnega cilja in odločnosti. Hotel sem imeti več kondicije, energije, se po prehranjevanju počutiti dobro, pa na živce mi je šlo, ko sem bil čez dan vedno zaspan... To so bili glavni razlogi, da je treba nekaj ukrepati, med drugim pa mi je motivacijo dalo tudi ogled kakšnih uspešnih zgodb prehranjevanja, telesne spremembe, ki sem jih zasledil na netu. Zato sem se odločil za objavo- mogoče pa tudi moja izkušnja komu prinese dodatno motivacijo, da začne migat, se zavedati, da je hrana pomembna,... Nobenemu ne želim "soliti pameti" kako je pomembno, da začneš zdaj, da se boš bolje počutil, ker razumem kako je težko štartati... Samo s "trmo" se uspe prebroditi ta hud štart 💪 V glavnem, vse se da in JA- splača se, zaradi vseh dobrih občutkov, ko ti uspe in ko prideš do spoznanja, da lahko več ješ, kot prej, ampak point je samo v tem kaj in koliko 😁 Podrsaj ⬅️⬅️⬅️ za prvotno stanje (januar 103 kg) 🙈
