Meeting Janella Salvador (@superjanella) and Win Metawin (@winmetawin)the first time in Bangkok was like fate finally bringing us together. Sitting down with them, my heart raced with excitement as I witnessed their undeniable chemistry during our first reading. It was also essential for me to have chemistry with them. It felt like going on a first date, with me playing the role of the friend third wheeling, as they were both shy and quiet around each other. But then, Win broke the ice with a delivery of @souri.bkk (gigantic macarons, mind you!). We couldn’t help but gush over these heavenly treats. Suddenly, barriers were shattered, laughter filled the air, and we bonded like lifelong friends. It wasn’t just the chemistry between Win and Janella that mattered; it was also the connection between the Thai and Filipino teams. We successfully bridged the gap of two different cultures, creating a collaborative and comfortable environment. Thank you Parin and Iris for initiating this beautiful union. It’s our second week! I hope you give Parin and Iris a chance to take you on a rollercoaster ride of love and true happiness in our film, #UnderParallelSkies. It will not be available on online platforms soon.   1. Sapa, you were so lovely 🤍 Sapa is an overnight bus ride away from Hanoi, and it was definitely worth visiting. The weather was cool, the mountain views were amazing, and there were LOADS of things to do! Here are my top recommendations: ✨ Rong May Glass Bridge - walked along the glass bridge, enjoyed the views, and crossed the thrilling invisible bridge! ✨ Moana Sapa - this spot was basically made for photos; there were tons of creative and photoshoot-worthy spots plus beautiful views of the rice terraces! ✨ Love Waterfall - there are different waterfalls to visit around sapa, but this one was my fave! it was huuuge and the rainbow was so timely 🌈 ✨ Authentic Trekking Tour - my homestay recommended I join this, and I’m glad I did! I learned about traditional culture, trekked around the rice terraces, and had delicious lunch by the river 🤤 ✨ Central Restaurant - had the best quattro formaggi (four cheese) pizza I’ve ever tried—you should definitely drop by!!! ✨ Little View Homestay - stayed here during my Sapa trip, and it was lovely. the receptionist was so kind and helpful—plus their food was suuuper good and affordable! ✨ Sapa Church - this stone church was built by the French in the 1800s, and it was really picturesque! ✨ Swing Sapa - a spot full of fun activities! I definitely recommend doing the rainbow slide thrice in a row 🫣 ✨ Cat Cat Village - although this spot was very touristy, seeing this village by the waterfall was still pretty! ✨ Alpine Coaster - definitely a must-do in Sapa.
