For the pizza dough - 500g of Allinson’s strong bread flour 7g of Allinson’s instant yeast 300ml of tepid water 50ml of olive oil 1 tsp of sugar 2tsp of salt Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl Combine the oil and water. Using a dough hook on your mixer gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry until fully incorporated. Mix for a further 5-6 mins on a medium setting. Cover with a wet tea towel and prove until doubled in size Split into 4 equal amounts, ball up and recover for another 30mins at room temp. For the no cook pizza sauce - Combine - 1 can Chopped Tomatoes 2 tsp Dried Basil 1/2 tsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Onion Powder 2 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Garlic Salt

Ingredients 2 x rolls puff pastry 1 x jar of cranberry sauce 1 x pack of parma ham 1 x wheel of Camembert cheese 2 x egg yolks Garlic clove - sliced thinly Fresh Rosemary from our garden to garnish. Parmesan cheese to grate over (optional) Method Roll out a sheet of pastry Place the Camembert in the middle. Spread some cranberry sauce over the pastry Layout some parma ham over the cranberry in lines Lay another sheet of pastry on top Cut lines to create fingers Twist the fingers of cranberry & parma ham Slice hash marks into the Camembert & stud with the garlic slices & rosemary Brush the pasty with the egg yolks Bake in a BBQ or Oven at 200°c until the pasty is golden. Serve warm with other snacks….
