  3. Ene ti Napolitaine 💕 That pink though! Fondant soft crumbly shortbread biscuits sealed with any preferred jam of your choice! And generously coated with icing sugar where it is totally up to you in terms of flavours as well. But you must admit, the pink is a killer! I never grew that fond of Napolitaine until recently.   2. It always feels weird do to voice over, so don’t judge my hesitation! Makalapo in Curepipe, the restaurant to try!! We rated them 8.5/10 for the concept, food and service 🦐 We ordered the Diamond Platter for Rs4,000 which was more than enough for 2 pax. Holy moly! 🥴 What a good reason to treat oneself with some good wholesome waffles & an ube chai latte? 🙆‍♀️😁💜 These waffles whip up in no time, happen to be vegan & require no fancy ingredients! It's just like putting your bowl of oatmeal into a waffle machine & tadaaa - not just that you get to have dessert for breakfast 🤪, but also it's a delicious way to start your day off with fiber + whole grains 💪 Recipe : -3 cups of oat flour -3 tbsp of sugar of choice -1 tbsp of baking powder -1 tsp of cinnamon -1/4 tsp of cornstarch -3 tbsp of flaxseed mixed with 1/2 cup of water, set aside to rest for 5mins -1 1/3 cup of df milk mixed with 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar -1tsp of vanilla extract Simply mix everything together, oil your waffle iron, press & there you have it! 🥰 Garnish with toppings of your choice or top it with some mushy bluberry-compote & greek yoghurt like i did before digging into it! 🥰 Happy Sunday people! xoxo 🤗 #instafood #healthylifestyle #healthyfood #breakfastideas #vegansofinstagram #oatsforbreakfast #waffles #easymeals #weekendbakes #ube #ubelatte #sundaymood

Don’t they sound similar in terms of making you happy? 🥰🤪❤️🧇 Well, I believe they are the absolute perfect treat to indulge in ! 🤤 And the good thing is that this recipe makes a huge batch, which means you can enjoy them over the whole week ! 😁 So these are chocolate waffles, with a hint of orange zest which you won’t believe, are made up of oats & almond flour ! Yes, you read that right ! They are healthy, but taste like like any normal waffles that you’d grab from a cafe. Crunchy on the outside, yet soft & pillowy on the inside. You can enjoy these with a drizzle of honey, a fruit compote, a scoop of ice cream if you feeling like it ! You do you ! 🤪🙌🏻 Here’s how you can make them : 2c of oats, grinded into fine powder 1/2c almond flour 1/4c cocoa powder 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 1/2c milk of choice 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey 1 tsp orange zest 1 tsp vanilla extract Directions : 1) Preheat your waffle iron & grease 2) Mix all of your dry ingredients & then form a well to add your wet ingredients.
