The true is a have a fucking broken heart, I feel lost and I hide my feelings working and in nature, I distract myself even to don’t get sick, I try to all the costs to not face the negativity or any uncomfortable moment. Life is beautiful don’t get me wrong, I love my work and I love traveling and all the opportunities. I am very lucky to have the life I have. I love aesthetic and bothers me visually what’s not. Many of my symptoms are maybe because i grow up without a nuclear family have no sense of rules and the feeling of being truly part of something. My friends many times doesn’t understand my craziness, so the same in terms of love or any relationships. I failed then sometimes and also to my brother, my sister and to the person I supposed to love and I feel heavy feeling in my heart. I become a machine of making money and building my dreams “my home”, had to travel and leave my 16 years old dog and miss him everyday, to pay my mortgage and because I was scared of the heavy rains in the jungle where I live. I got traumatized by the thunders since the tree hit the roof of my home. Insurance payed but I expended more money making things “better “. I am were I supposed to be, and every person I cross is a mirror, I feel low when I make the same mistakes because means I didn’t learn very well and I thought it was a passed lesson but the truth it is not. I dream to be in love in a healthy relationship but apparently I still not ready for that and cause me pain in my chest. Feel guilty sometimes when I get too much free time even if I am goddess of self love time, the pressure that I put on my shoulders it is only my responsibility. I wish I have the answers to my feelings and to understand better my behaviors but have no idea about my backgrounds (roots ) so it makes everything harder. We are the creators of our own reality what I have done is incredible, now I am proud of myself but still learning and I make so many mistakes that you don’t have a idea and I make up them. And I share all of this just because I am also a human and it’s just a reminder to myself to feel everything that I have to feel.

  3. 🚴‍♀️ List of must-not-miss places to bike to in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca ✨ Unlike the East Coast beaches, PV is more laid-back and less built-up (think no resorts, more bungalows in lush jungles), calmer beaches, a stronger locals vibe, and all the Caribbean goodness with a Costa Rican soul. Perfect for biking around! I spent just under two weeks biking everywhere. $60 got me a bike and a lock. I rode from coffee shops and coworking spaces to beaches and cultural lessons, no traffic, just Pura Vida! 💪 Some of these require some serious biking! So plan ahead. 🐚 Beaches: Playa Cocles: fun in the sun, surf-ready, and close to town. Playa Grande: tranquil, wild, and beautiful.
