No need to calculate those, use desired amount. 4 cherry tomatoes per serving Air fryer time & temp: air fry at 400° for 22 mins (shake half way through - don’t forget) For the beef, if you want that “smash burger” char taste, let it cook longer without stirring.   3. Sometimes your dreams from 16 come true when you are 30. Earlier this month I got to go out to Nike HQ to tour, test and sign with Nike as their first American Hyrox athlete. It had been a contract a long time in the making that was of course hinted at over the last few races but can now finally be stated as fact. From my early days as a runner I knew I wanted to be a Nike athlete. I truthfully wanted to be an Oregon Duck but I was admittedly not good enough. Instead of the straight path of finding my sport at a young age, training hard, making progress and reaching the success I dreamed of. I took a much more winding path to somehow inking a contract with a swoosh on the top. A path that included redshirts and transfers and dozens of doctor’s and PT visits over three years. A path that includes leaving sport only to work my way back to it and becoming even more obsessed than I was as a teen. A path that included great company, guidance, luck and timing. Ultimately a path that put under my feet the same places that I use to watch videos of others training on and hoped to be one day. This isn’t the end of the pursuit. I didn’t dream of signing just to be on the roster. What I see now is a team backing me that I worked for years to prove that I was finally worthy of having their time and support. I have no intention of letting that team down. Of letting anyone who is on my team down. #Nike
