  1. My 2 year explant is here. I’m so emotional as I write this. I know most people won’t understand how hard that was for me. I fought it for a couple years. I knew deep in my gut that my implants were affecting my health. But I was terrified of how I would look getting them out. I remember hating the way my boobs looked after having my babies. Looking back now I really wish out of the four surgeons I met with would’ve suggested a lift. The sagginess was my biggest issue. But I had no idea that was even an option. So I got the gummy bear implants. Honestly, I loved them. In the beginning, I did feel more confident. After a couple years of having them in I started having weird health issues. Like I became allergic to the sun. It happened the first time on a trip to mexico. I would break out bad!! I felt super run down all the time and I thought that was just because I had kids. I got sick all the time and I mean ALL the time. My friend once told me that I was healthiest sickest person she’d ever met🤪. And she was right. I ate pretty close to 100% clean diet, but just kept dealing with more and more issues. The next thing was my eyes. I often got super red and inflamed eyelids and severe dry eyes( like I couldn’t even drive a lot of the time). I had to pull over on several occasions because they became so dry my vision became blurry. I went to several eye doctors. They said I made 0 tears( and that was true), no tears when I would cry! They couldn’t help me though. I also had a lot of joint pain and constant inflammation throughout my body!! My skin was so dry and dull no matter what I did. I had huge lymph nodes that never would go down. My implants were literally destroying me from the inside out. I said a sincere prayer. I asked god to give me a clear answer if the implants were the issue. If I got an answer, I would do it. I would get them out, even though I didn’t want to😭. There’s so much more to the story, but basically I did it. It was a ton of money for a hard surgery. But honestly, it saved me❤️. No one can understand( unless you’ve been there). more in comments👇🏼

  2. Just finished a Functional medicine liver detox along with several others who joined me. Feeling so good!!! The liver is an amazing organ. It’s job is to filter out toxins( and so many other things), but it can get bogged down and needs some help cleaning it out so that it can filter the way it should. 🥬This detox has you doing 2 fasting days( just with shakes that have liver supporting vitamins and minerals), supplements( herbs) that help turn fat soluble toxins into water soluble so that your body can actually get rid of them. After the fast you focus on liver supporting foods, a plant based lunch and mediterranean dinner. There were hard days, but I’m so glad I did it. And I actually enjoyed eating all the whole foods. Here’s what I noticed: 1. So much mental clarity 2. Afternoon fatigue gone. Didn’t even feel the urge to reach for caffeine. This was amazing. 3. I slept solid through the night. Waking up refreshed. 4. I lost 4.5 lbs and an inch on my waist( inflammation). 5. Sweet cravings are gone. Now, going into eating clean again and feeling good, adding in more protein and going into a 4 week cut before summer. I also heard from so many others who joined me.
