  3. Vulnerable post: for the past few years, I have been battling with postpartum depression. To the outside world, and a world I once was a part of, these things aren’t supposed to happen…but they do. I’m supposed to be strong, I’m supposed to suck it up and continue on with life. But, truth is, that’s not how it works. I needed to let my family know because my relationships with each of them have been affected. I don’t want a pity party. I know there are so many Polynesians out there who are going thru something similar. But, just like me we’re told to keep our feelings and the things we go thru to ourselves. I love my kids and Misi so much. And even though my kids are young, at least they knew that when something was wrong with mommy she came to family first. #mentalhealth #postpartumdepression #fyp

  2. Treadmills are okay but you need more than just forward movement. We regularly exercise with forward and backward moves (running, walking, cycling etc.) but when you want to feel balanced and controlled you also need lateral movements to: 👉🏼 promote hip stabilization 👉🏼 improve balance 👉🏼 can stay low impact 👉🏼 supports strong ankles + knees 👉🏼 are a great cardio challenge for small spaces This is one of my favorites because you feel like an Olympic speed skater 😂 You can save this as a new variation to try or just jump into the full guided workout via my website or app! I’m tired of the up-and-down look saying "you don’t look like you had a baby!" and "you’ll bounce back quick because you exercise" comments.   3. A sea of rays… this is what my dreams look like💙✨ People always ask me what the coolest thing I’ve ever seen is or the most amazing encounter I’ve had. And honestly, it’s such a hard question to answer. I’ve been lucky enough to experience so many surreal moments underwater and each one stands out for its own reason. But if I had to pick just one, this might be it. Swimming above thousands of mobula rays, all moving together in perfect flow. It felt endless, peaceful, and completely unreal. Like the ocean opened up and let me peek into a secret world. Mobulas gather in these giant schools to mate, socialize, and sometimes feed. Witnessing that from the water was one of the most incredible things I’ve ever experienced. So lucky to be able to capture moments like this through my lens and now turn them into art for your walls.
