  1. So I’ve been MIA on here because baby #3 is kicking my butt!!! I started off this pregnancy feeling awesome. Then week 6-7 came along and it was a tidal wave of nausea, anti motivation, and exhaustion. I’m a go get er do 1009 things a day don’t hold me back and so this pregnancy has been so hard mentally as it is physically. I really really want to stay as healthy as possible and move my body as much as possible. With my precious pregnancies I just kind of gave up and stopped exercising all together. I can not do that this pregnancy! I want to stay within healthy weight gain for my age height etc. and have a healthier bounce back! Any and all tips are welcome! Writing this from the treadmill..... yay!

  2. If you were on this mornings LIVE #cardioconfessions then you probably heard a mouth full from me 🧘🏼‍♀️whoops! But here’s the thing. When did being imperfect stop being so uncool? I feel like the “fitness” and health industry is so saturated in unrealistic expectations and not enough average Joes who just love taco bell and nacho cheese! Like why do you have to snort chicken breasts and workout for 92 hours to be considered “fit”? I’m over it. I want to create a community of love, self love, celebrating the small victories, not obsessing over food, and holy hell real bodies with cellulite and good hearts! I’m starting a #30daychallenge ! It’s not about losing weight and eating only ice cubes and spinach leaves. It’s just about committing to move your body and love yourself for 30 days straight! Who’s with me? Who’s in?   3. Hi! I didn’t die. I didn’t give up on this account. I’ve just been busy making babies and being a mom. My pregnancy flew by. I had high hopes for being proactive about posting exercises for pregnancy. But honestly I just chased my toddler around and let life happen! This was my 4th pregnancy and my 3rd baby. When I got pregnant I was 10 pounds heavier from my weight where I feel most comfortable. With my 2nd pregnancy I gained about 42 pounds. With my 3rd pregnancy I gained 28 pounds. I’m currently 5 weeks postpartum and I’ve lost about 18-20 of what I gained. I had a easy delivery and a smooth recovery. The weight the numbers all aren’t make or break places for me more of markers for me to understand my body and what and where I’m at. Currently on the treadmill and making some healthy goals for this post recovery and a regimen to get going on for finding my healthy body again! What do you want to see from me?! I’m excited to be back reporting and documenting the journey of finding the healthiest me!

  1. there’s a wholeee lot of fails that go into my single muscle up.. I had PLENTY of videos to choose from here🤣 — I’ve never enjoyed ring muscle ups. They feel SO hard to work on early in the morning and I have yet to find that one little thing that makes them feel smooth. As frustrating as they are, I’ve recently started making myself work on them at least a couple times a week.
