I am particularly excited about helping purpose-led founders achieve their dreams. Purpose, culture and values are all intrinsically linked, and basically what they mean is: we care about the problem we’re solving, and we also care about how we go about solving it. Purpose-led businesses wish to make a positive impact - whether that be through creating a great workplace culture, a more sustainable product, a contribution to the community, or a better solution to a problem they care about.  At Glow we feel that purpose-led businesses are the future, and our dream is to make our own positive impact by helping them succeed.

  3. It’s fair to say that when we started this business in a garage 20 years ago, we weren’t envisioning this moment. All I wanted to do was to create a beauty shopping experience that treated women like the intelligent humans they are, and empowered them to feel confident and fabulous. (If we could pay our bills, that was winning.) As time went on and the business grew, I realised that we were building something special. Our core values of doing the right thing, always growing, working for each other and a positive approach, had formed the building blocks of a culture that was innovative, passionate, and agile. We discovered that we had the power to disrupt. That by putting the customer first, we could change the face of the beauty industry. This IPO is an important milestone in building something enduring. It represents the start of Adore Beauty’s next chapter, under the leadership of our amazing CEO Tennealle O’Shannessy, and sets the company up to continue to grow and thrive for the *next* 20 years and beyond. It also represents an important moment for women.
