  1. As requested, a visual of the Apple Cider Vinegar Final Rinse I swear by!⁣ ⁣ The starting point is cleansed, conditioned (rinsed out) and brushed hair. There's filtered water and a generous splash of acv in my bowl, the measurement is what suits MY hair. The amount of acv needed will vary depending on your porosity but this is especially great for high porosity hair like mine. A guide of acv measurements are in @themestizamuse website article on this topic. ⁣ ⁣ 2 mins later you can see shiny clumps have reformed, smoothed out and been lifted of any residual heaviness from my deep conditioner. I rinse very lightly afterwards and style as normal. Please keep in mind my hair is very long now and in major need of a trim. Usually the results are a LOT more dramatic than this but you get the idea 😉 ⁣And NO, there's no residual vinegar smell. ⁣ ⁣ I only ever use organic apple cider vinegar with the mother, usually Braggs. Has anybody tried their ACV with raw honey?? I'm curious for people's thoughts on this 🤔⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I won't lazily regurgitate the ACV information I've learned from @themestizamuse , I urge you to go read her fantastically well researched, easy to read articles for yourself on her website ☺️ ⁣ ⁣ All the game changing treatments my hair thrives on (rice water rinses, ACV final rinses among others) have been learned from her. Follow this gifted educator, if you don't already 🙌⁣ ⁣ ⁣ The products used are all @boucleme : cleanser, deep conditioner and curl defining gel - a HG favourite. This brand gets frequently mentioned on this page, if you're new here. It's mega moisturizing, protein free, vegan & non toxic. Female, Black owned business too 🙌 ❤️❤️❤️⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #notsponsored #acvfinalrinse #acvrinse #applecidervinegar #acv #boucleme #naturalhairtreatment #wetplopping #wavyhairtutorial #naturalcurls #naturallywavyhair #wavyhair #curlyhair #curls #shinycurls #themestizamuse #powerdomi #nontoxichaircare #buyblack #supportblackownedbusiness #supportfemaleownedbusiness ⁣ ⁣

  2. 𝐼𝓃𝒽𝒶𝓈𝒾 𝒩𝒶𝓉𝓊𝓇𝒶𝓁𝓈...⁣ ⁣ @inahsinaturals so very kindly gifted me a bunch of products. I have been playing around with them for over a month now. As you guys probably know my hair has been a challenge ever since I got it cut and bleached. I finally figured out what to do! More on that later 😉⁣ ⁣ I have to say I have been really loving these products. Especially their Custard! It gives me a really nice cast and I can use a lot of it. Some custards are too heavy for me and I can only use a tiny bit. I have found their products to be very hydrating and not heavy. Which is so important to me!! ⁣ ⁣ ℍ𝕠𝕨 𝕀 𝕦𝕤𝕖𝕕 𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕞⁣ ⁣ Shower:⁣ ~I applied their Mango Hemp Restorative Hair Masque for 15 mins to wet hair⁣ ~I used their sulfate free Clarifying Mint Shampoo (it smells so fresh and exactly like mint. It doesn’t strip my hair at all)⁣ ~I applied their Soothing Mint Conditioner and let it sit for a few mins and detangled. I couldn’t believe how easily my brush slid through my massive tangles. Seriously it was so easy 🙏🏻🙏🏻⁣ ⁣ Styling:⁣ *I squeezed a little water out of my hair but not very much. I wanted my hair to be soaking wet!! I was bent over most of my Styler application. ⁣ ~ I used about a quarter sized amount of the Aloe Hibiscus leave in. I glazed and scrunched it in.⁣ *I sprayed my hair with a little water⁣ ~I took a small glob of the Coconut Avocado Curl Defining Custard and glazed and scrunched it in.⁣ *sprayed my hair with water and applied another layer of the Custard.⁣ *I then used a giant glob of my Eco Professional Styling Gel. I sprayed my hair with more water. I stood upright and distributed more gel carefully flipping my hair from side to side and scrunching⁣ ~ I went in with another layer of Custard while I was upright. ⁣ *I plopped for about 30 mins. And then very very lightly scrunched with the shirt I had used for plopping. ⁣ *I diffused for about 45 mins and smastered with some Pantene volume mousse. I allowed the rest to air dry. Then Ta-da 💁🏼‍♀️💜⁣

  3. 𝒢𝑒𝓁 𝒥𝒶𝓂...⁣ ⁣ If you’ve watched my styling routine videos you know I’ve always been about layering and mixing many products. The other day I decided to mix some of my gels together in a bowl before applying it. As I was doing this I thought it would be interesting to see what would happen if I mixed all of my gels together 😧⁣ ⁣ I was pretty scared! But, man oh man my results were pretty good! If you watch the video in my highlights titled “gel jam” you can see my full results and I talk about it a little more!! Not only was my hair light and bouncy but it was super defined. It took way less time to style and it shockingly dried really quickly!! Hallelujah 🙏🏻🙌🏻⁣ ⁣ I am definitely going to play around with this more!! It’s the closes I’ve come to a wash and go routine! I was going to call it Gel Jam but that’s already a hashtag. Do you think I should still use just use #geljam? Or maybe #stylerjam? Or nothing because this is silly 😆 ⁣ What’s in my jam?? ⁣ ➰ @ranagadebeauty professional styling gel (the argon oil one)⁣ ➰ @ecoslay Orange Marmalade ⁣ ➰ @boucleme Curl Defining Gel ⁣ ➰ @officialkinkycurly Curling Custard ⁣ ➰ @curlygirlmovement Curl Defining Gel ⁣➰ @devacurl Ultra Defining Gel⁣ ➰ @aussiehairusa Instant Freeze ⁣ ➰ @miss_jessies Jelly Soft Curls ⁣ ⁣ **If you do try it make sure the consistency is smooth after mixing it up. If it’s chunky that means the gels might not work together ⁣

  2. Oh hey shrinkage! . Am I the only one that immediately hears George Costanza and giggles whenever a curly mentions shrinkage 🤷🏻‍♀️🤓🤣!? . . Sorry for the obnoxious amount of photos here but today’s wash day experiment was a 💣 success. Last wash day was a stringy mess (gel experiment gone bad) so thank the curl gods for today’s results 🙌 . . . I’ve read from curly pros on here about trying products that may not work for you again further along in your journey. That’s what I did today... . . . I started my wavy journey with mostly devacurl products but quickly realized their stylers were way too drying for me and moved on to other lines. But highly inspired by two of my favorite wavies @wavycurly & @thewavyhapa I decided to give Wavemaker & Frizz Free foam another shot. Now that I know my hair & regularly used products better I decided to add a generous amount of my favorite moisturizing products before hand and it made ALL the difference! No surprise it was two of my holy grails @asiamuk Coconut Cowash & my bae @bouncecurl Leave In. . . . I’ve never experienced noticeable shrinkage (still laughing 🤣) until today. I’ve got more texture than ever! The last picture is the most perfect wave and it’s a nemesis section of hair that’s usually straight af 😳. . . . Blown away by these no-gel results and will definitely play with it more and report back 🥰 . . . #curlygirlmethod #devacurl #bouncecurl #naturallywavy #wavyshag #wavyhair #wavycurls #wavycurly #wurlygirl #brunette

  3. I quit CGM 2x before modifying the method & sticking with it!! I constantly see posts from people stressing about following the rules of CGM to the letter. Trying to juggle all of the rules AND find products that complied with all the #CGM rules was a big part of why I quit before. SO here are the #CGMrules that I break: 1. ❌ I don’t cowash. It is just not feasible for me living in London/Oxford- both have hard water. I tried it for a few months when I started; it left my hair over-moisturised and my scalp irritated. If you identify with this, try switching to a gentle shampoo instead & remember to clarify often. 2. ❌ I use water soluble silicones. I find that they work in my hair and since I don’t cowash but use a gentle shampoo instead, it’s pretty easy to cleanse them out of my hair. 3. ❌ I use products with ‘harsh’ alcohols (alcohol denat., isopropyl alcohol etc) if this ingredient is far down the ingredients list. Lots of products require trace amounts of harsh alcohols for formulation or preservation reasons. As long as this ingredient is at the end/near the end of the ingredient list this isn’t the biggest deal. 4. ❌ I use oils. I use oils to seal the hair strand (through LOC styling which gives me shine) and I use oils to pre-poo. Again, because I use a gentle shampoo, rather than cowashing, and I clarify often with an SLS shampoo this doesn’t cause me any issues. 5. ❌ I clarify with harsh sulphates (in chelating shampoos) more than would be considered strictly ‘necessary’. I find that products build up in my hair quickly/minerals in the water build up so I need to remove them often. 6. ❌ I use heat to diffuse. Without this, I’d be getting on the tube and going to work with wet hair. I find this extremely uncomfortable (esp in London during winter). Diffusing with low heat isn’t the end of the world. 7. ❌ I occasionally straighten my hair using a silicone heat protector. You’re supposed to be able to enjoy your hair & for me, that means changing up my look. At the end of the day, the method has to work for you- not the other way round! What rules do you break? ⤵️

  2. SUNSCREEN RAKYAT, MASUK FAVORIT, EH TAPIIII... ❌ no spam like [ Share Save for More Beauty Story Tells & Detail Review ] 👉 link no. 119 | 8/10. Madame Gie Madame Protect Me Sunscreen SPF 30 PA+++ | 32.500 for 60ml "Gapapa deh ah gak nyaman yang penting mureh, cocok", itu prinsip ku kalau nemu skincare yang..busettt mureh benerr udah gitu gak bikin nganuan di kulit🫶🫶, kenyamanan pun akan ku gadaikan~ Iliichh, tapi empet juga pas beberapa kali sunscreen kecintaanku yang ✍️ Murah, waktu awal beli 18rebu, sekrang ngapa jadi 30 ribu....... Emak Giseell, hwhyyy? ✍️ Nyaman dipakainya, karena gak hinyai, eh taunyaaa... ((cus, baca aja sampai bawah kalau mau tau detailnya)) ✍️ Cakep finishnya, seandainya ((baca sampai selesai)) - p a c k a g i n g 🤍 Cerah yha, kayak masa depan para cicit-cicit konglo Forbes~ kemasannya plastik tube, 60 ml, tutup ulir (old packaging), agak males sebenernya kalau tutup ulir, better kayak yang new packaging, flip top gitu. - t e x t u r e s c e n t s 🤍 Lotion yang ringan, agak watery, gampang diratain dan mudah juga nyebar ke seluruh bagian muka, tapi pas diratain gak licin jadi agak sedikit keset, kureng lancar gitu, hmmm masih ganpang diratain sih itungannya, haha walau agak kesett khas produk Satin finish. 🤍 Kalau wangi... Tau gak, bunga yang merah suka dipetik terus diisep madunya, Asokaaa!! Yakk, manis nya kayak putih bunga Asoka, mainan aku pas kecil, hahaha. Dahal mah kayaknya wangi Celendula gitu sik soalnya kan ada Celendulanya nih sunscreen. - f e e l o f u s e : 🤍 MANJIWW bangett pas pertama coba! 3. Hal Yang Harus Kamu Tahu Soal Beauty Reviewer part 2 ⛔ NO SPAM LIKE [ SAVE SHARE FOR MORE BEAUTIES INFO ] "Kalimatnya diperhalus ya kak" Sempet bikin aku down tuh 1.5 tahun lalu, beban banget gegara duit segini... (Kalau tajir aku gak mau dah, mendingan beliii, asli sampai mikir begitu). Coba deh kita bareng-bareng belajar soal work ethics yok :"). "Gak sempet ah", "males ribet yang penting urusan gw selesei, dapet wang". Jadi keingetan permasalahan LPDP, kwkwkwk. Yuyur, gak heran sik kalau awardee LPDP lebih milih kerja, idup di LN karena yha beginilah keadaan kebanyakan kita; membuka celah (temasuk aku kalau lagi capek, haha). Yhaa gak usah heran, marah kalau ngerasa dirugiin, apapun itu datangnya karena ada celah dari yang kita bikin sendiri *selfreminderrrrr yang kemarin kebobolan, KWKW [ m a s i h a d a d i k o l o m k o m e n t a r ]
