  2. I’ve been studying “Mula Bandha the Master Key” and want to share a few things. . . Mula bandha (root lock) is considered the most important of the 3 bandhas because of its potential to awaken dormant (kundalini) energy. The pelvic floor has a lot going on in terms of muscle and nerve groups - which are largely outside our control and awareness. Practicing mula bandha with dedication over time has the potential to bring these neural pathways and muscles under conscious control. . . Just like meditation and pranayama can bring functions of the autonomic nervous system under control, so can practicing mula bandha. The intersection of the various muscle groups in the pelvic floor converge at the perineal body which is located (in both men and women) about two inches above the perineum. Yogic philosophy asserts that this is the location of a gland that has atrophied in the course of human evolution. . . Isolating and contracting the muscles of the perineum without also engaging other muscles in the pelvic floor is difficult if not impossible for the beginner. It’s also common for the beginner to experience soreness in the sacral area following work with mula bandha because of the interconnection of nerves and muscles. With practice, the area of the brain and neural connections associated with the perineum can be developed leading to finer motor control. . . Making the unconscious conscious is a difficult task, and the key is practice. This can’t be emphasized enough.   2. 伊藤ふたば選手とのパリ五輪への挑戦は、オリンピック最終予選大会ブダペスト戦で幕を閉じました。総合成績では10位と、パリ五輪圏内でしたが、各国の男女2選手ずつしか参加できないというルールの中で、出場は叶いませんでした。この場を借りて、応援してくださった多くの方々には感謝申し上げたいと思います。ありがとうございました。 結果が全てであること。そして結果は全く関係ないこと。その二つの次元を行ったり来たりするのが、競技者であり、コーチであると僕は思います。伊藤選手と歩んだこれまでの数年間、彼女が競技を通して成長していく姿をずっと見させてもらいました。そして僕自身も、1人のクライマーと寄り添い、信頼し合い、挑戦し、喜びあい、時に反省し、意見を交わす中で、人生の大切なエッセンスをたくさん学びました。それは、パリ五輪に参加するとかしないとか関係なく、私たちが受け取った多くの喜びです。 ふーちゃん、全ての体験に本当に感謝しています。ありがとう！そして、お疲れ様でした。また一緒に登ろうね🔥 The challenge for the Paris Olympics with Futaba Ito ended with the final Olympic qualifying series in Budapest. We placed 10th in the overall , which was enough within the Paris Olympics, but due to the rule that only two male and two female athletes from each country are allowed to participate, we could not make it to the games. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the many people who supported us. Thank you very much. Results are everything. And the result was completely irrelevant. I believe that it is a competitor and a coach who moves back and forth between these two dimensions. During the years that I have spent with Ito, I have had the opportunity to watch her grow and develop through competition. I also learned a lot of important essences of life through being close to one climber, trusting each other, challenging each other, rejoicing with each other, sometimes reflecting on each other, and exchanging opinions. That is a lot of joy we received, regardless of whether we participated in the Paris Olympics or not. Fuchan, I really appreciate the whole experience. Thank you very much!   1. FORCE | 2055 The girl and her furry friend walked around the spaceship facility for quiet a while. It seemed abandoned! No people there, no machine noises, not even a whisper! The canyon was all quiet! 🤫 They went by a massive ship on a launchpad, the one they saw from the distance. It’s size was breathtaking, the tallest ship they’ve ever seen in their entire life! 🚀 It was surrounded by smaller ships! Some were in a good shape, some more like a wrack. Some of them were dissembled and made this whole place look like a junkyard… They even found some huge special tanks were they stored the fuel and energy for all these spacecrafts! ⚡️🔋 They must have been used a lot of resources to lift these heavy things up in the air… 💪🏻 At the end of the canyon, the kitty and the girl climbed up a steep canyon cliff what took them around 1 hour to the top! It was exhausting but both were happy they finally made it! 🥳 They followed a tiny path for about half a day and the scenery changed from desert to more meadow like. 🏜🏞 BOOOM! 💥 There was an incredibly loud sound, so loud like nothing they heard before… A mid sized spaceship launched in front of them, but this time so powerful, so fast and noisy, that it stirred up all the dust around! There was even dense steam coming out if it’s engine! 💨🚀 This is something new, maybe a new type of technology…. 📡🔋🤔 “KITTY!! Cover your tiny ears!   2. THE QUEST | 2055 The girl and her furry friend survived the asteroid impact! ☄️ But they were lucky... Some debris hit their planet as well and caused tremendous damage. It smashed into the atmosphere, and felt apart in even smaller pieces. It hit cities, forests and some of the 126 oceans! There were tsunamis and fires, earthquakes and blackouts! 🌊🔥 The two adventurer were back at the harbour tavern in Mayumi City. 🍣🍱🍶 This place did not get hit by the asteroids pieces so everything looks just as beautiful as before. ✨ They met with their old friend and talked about what happened. 🗯 The old friend asked them to do him a favor. One of the larger debris came down close to a village called Kirimura, which is japanese and means village in the fog. 😶‍🌫️ The people who are living there are one of the oldest in the galaxy. They are known for their way to build wooden houses on steep cliffs and for using the waterfalls to get the energy for their electricity. 🛖💡⚡️ On top of the mountain they have their own launchpad for intergalactic missions. 🚀 "Inside one of the debris they found in Kirimura there was a vibrant blue shimmering metal piece! 🌀 Nobody really knows where its from, but people say that it has the power to heal anything! ❤️‍🩹 Get me this piece and you'll be rewarded for this difficult quest!" The girl and her furry friend agreed! 🤝 Their old friend organized a boat for them cause the village is only accessible from the ocean. Im sure alot of us tried to mimic our grandma’s cooking, but it doesnt matter how hard we try, she was the only one who can cook it the way she cooks it. Let that sink in. Even if all the ingredients are revealed to u, u can never cook it the same way. Why? It is not recipe, but THE HAND that makes the dish. A master can never be replicated because the hand behind the dish has in it decades of experience, skill, insight. Mastery of anything is the same.   2. How long does it take❓ If you have a gps, it will give u the fastest route and u will know exactly where to go. If you dont have a gps and you dont know the terrain youre going, what takes 5 mins may take you days without a gps, or worse, u may never find it! Thats the truth. Player development is exactly like that. If you are going to an unknown terrain, it is best to take advice from a guide whos been and knows the terrain you are going. One who has experienced and mapped out the terrain. If youre traveling on a journey, the most sensible thing u can do if u dont have a map/gps is to ask directions from people who know where it is. Its as simple as that. If you dont have guidance from the one who has walked the path, you will unnecessarily go in circles and waste time. The right guidance will expedite your process in half. Literally. Read that again. If u dont have guidance, how do u know where to go? How do you know what to work on? Are you even self aware what you possess and what you lack? 99% of the novice dont. Very very few figure it out by themselves without the right guide. Though a guide can expedite your journey, still, it is a long process that takes years. Mastery takes years even with the guidance of a master. #conscioushoop #basketball #thejourney #meditation

  3. Learning how to move is not easy as most people think it is. There are alot of qualities involved in movement that need to be developed. The feet, the hands, the hips, coordination, etc just the whole body. The best movers have phenomenal body awareness. This aspect is the most difficult to develop. I have been practicing meditation for 5.5 years every single day, and it is how i develop my body awareness. Ironic huh, doing things outside of your sport that may seem “irrelevant” can completely transform your game. Its a whole to it, these are just crumbs of the pie. #conscioushoop #basketball #meditation
