It is genuinely so humbling and has blown me away! Female representation, especially in sport, is so important in every stage of life and I’m so grateful and determined to carry on working as bump grows and grows. I was so anxious about the reaction to doing my job while my body changed and our baby grew. Add to that how rubbish you feel in the first trimester and the wild hormonal ride, it was a super intense few months. I’m very aware I’m by no means the first to do this pregnant, and so to the working mums in TV and sport before me who have smashed down the barriers, thank you for allowing me to walk in your footsteps now 💫 And to @louiejaspal - you are already the best dad ❤️

I’ve been trying to remind myself my body is doing a pretty cool thing in keeping my baby alive and it’s more than okay it looks different and bigger right now… but it’s hard not to feel self conscious, juggling being in front of camera and being a new mum in all its sleep-deprived, hormone crashing, mad joy. Then you get comments like this for simply existing in a photograph?! Wild. And so boring. Anyway, me and the girls will see you in Hungary 🙌🏼😂

Ως εκ θαύματος, δεν χάθηκαν ανθρώπινες ζωές, οι υλικές ζημιές, όμως, ήταν τεράστιες. Τότε οι κάτοικοι αναγκάστηκαν να εγκαταλείψουν το χωριό.   3. this was long overdue. seriously had THE best day. can not recommend enough planning a day, just for yourself and run. it’s the most healing for the mind in my opinion! I walked about 4,5km of it. the rest was very slow running. also didn’t use headphones for the first 6 hours, which was a first for me. made the experience soo much better.✨
