  3. this was long overdue. seriously had THE best day. can not recommend enough planning a day, just for yourself and run. it’s the most healing for the mind in my opinion! I walked about 4,5km of it. the rest was very slow running. also didn’t use headphones for the first 6 hours, which was a first for me. made the experience soo much better.✨

  3. to more women on bikes in every corner of the world! 🤘🏼 a huge proportion of Cape Town lives in areas known as ‘townships’ and one of the biggest and fastest-growing in South Africa is Khayelitsha @khaltshacycles and @khaltshagirls.cycling were set up to sell bikes to locals, offer bike tours of the area to tourists and perhaps most importantly support young women on their cycling journeys!!! I went along to one of their monthly ‘ride and jam’ sessions to learn more about their work - they’ve already been able to send a couple of super talented riders off to train in Griona!! thank you to everyone for being so welcoming! big love 🫶🏽 #cycling #cape town
