Well I can't do that now, so on days, weeks, like just now, I just need to get outside and move in whatever way I can. I''m finding this the hardest age of having a child so far, the tantrums, the screaming, I'm constantly feeling overstimulated and stretched to breaking point. Combined with all my health issues going on, it's hard. I feel that because of my health, I can't give Beth my all, or all that I imagined and hoped I'd be able to give her. I'm constantly reminding myself that I just need to be enough. I still wouldn't have our life any other way. Having a child, to me is the best thing in the world. I know so many others will be in the same boat. Just trying to get through the day. Then waking up and doing the next day. Then on some days like today, you have a really hard day, then you get outside, see the hills, the sunset, and remember how beautiful everything is and what the struggle is for.
